Set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, Lady Heyes Holiday Park is a privately owned, family run holiday park which offers touring (and even hot tub pitches!), camping and top notch glamping pods with hot tubs. We had a lovely 2 night stay here. We are new to caravanning, so was unsure about this site, but can honestly say we loved it, my 3 boys have learning difficulties and the staff were so helpful, especially in the café with my 3 year old, who has autism, during a meltdown. The lady came over and helped to settle him with some activities to do (thank you so much for that). Toilets clean and hot showers, great sized pitches and little play area for kids. Food in café was lovely and portions were really good, also has a few shops onsite that we enjoyed looking around and the soft play barn the boys enjoyed. We will definitely be coming again, thank you so much for a lovely stay ☺️

Enjoyed our stay. Well placed for visiting the surrounding landmarks and visitor attractions. Quirky antique shops alongside the site are an interesting diversion. Site itself was good and nicely kept and there's a shop on site for a few snacks and drinks, plus some camping equipment that you might need. Toilets and facilities were good too, but you can't escape the plentiful and warm deluge from the fixed shower heads. Even the shower curtain had a job keeping the spray at bay! Playground keeps the kids out of mischief but some moving apparatus, such as swings, would be a welcome addition as it's a good large area but limited to climbing activities. Overall, a nice place to pitch!

A very wet and windy weekend but the site was amazing for children despite this. We visited the play barn and the kids made the most of the park. Facilities and shop are great.

Fab site, we will return. We couldn't take our car onto the overflow field because of the weather which made setting up and leaving quite difficult. Our tent was pitched on quite a boggy field but it was the first weekend the field had been open and the weather had been very wet in the weeks leading up. We had a very muddy but very fun long weekend.

The pods at Lady Heyes are very minimal and cute. Unfortunately, the bed and the bedding weren't up to standard for a stay in our opinion. The mattress was solid and the pillows were really flat. We didn't bring this to the attention of the staff during our stay because we didn't feel it was fixable while we were there. Although we had the hot tub to soothe our sore backs, we were really disappointed with the comfort of the bed. The location is lovely and Frodsham is a £4 Uber from the site, with lots of hospitality places, charity shops and eateries. The cafe on site serves tasty food but we didn't try the bar. We also spent one day at Hover Force which is just a ten minute drive from the site and really fun!

Great site. They actually offer pitches with adjoining hot tubs for very reasonable rates, so might try next time we visit. Good facilities and friendly staff. A pleasant 30 to 40 minute walk into Frodsham. And the local pub, Travellers Rest, does great food. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Very close to Delamere which is already a firm favourite. Good and efficient campsite, well laid out but drainage is very poor. The Elsan and grey water disposal points are not undercover. The toilets and showers were not cleaned as frequently as a lot of sites of the same price and were at times quite disgusting. The bin area was also very messy. Loved the on-site cafe, the food was incredible and the service was excellent. Kids loved the play park.

Fine but not good in poor weather. Very soggy, muddy, tired, hardstandings are too small, potholes full of water, and not enough space for an awning without ending up on the sinking grass. Lovely location, lovely staff, cafe and shops are all nice. But I suggest you don't go when the weather is very wet.

Enjoyed our stay despite the weather...the site has every you need. Plenty of space for the dogs to be exercised in the enclosed dog walking area and the small outlet of artisan shops is worth a look around...loved the traditional sweet shop! The reception staff were very helpful.

As a first time motorhome traveller, I couldn't fault this park. Facilities were great. The showers and toilet for a disabled person were the best we found. Although the bar etc were closed, we made do with lovely take outs etc in town just a short drive away. I would imagine this park to be amazing at the height of season.

Stayed for one night. Pitches are not great as they were very narrow and not well kept, as they had very little gravel left, loads of cigarette ends and weeds. People who were using nearby pitches cut through our pitch, right next to our Motorhome, to get to toilet block, rather than walk round the road. Toilet block was clean. Lady Heyes' shops include some antique shops. 2 mile walk into Frodsham itself. For £21.50 it was okay for one night. Hot tub pitches were at the side and had some privacy.

Great value for money, have stayed at parks almost double the price with the same or less facilities. Food at the café was lovely & the village shops are great to have a nose around. A great site for families we loved it, thank you!

Stayed as a stopover for one night. Site was well laid out with electric and water supply at each pitch. Large shower block was ok with good showers but needed more inspections and cleaning when the site is fully booked. Our pitch allocation was in use by someone else. The site did not know who was on the pitch so we ended up on a sloping pitch not suitable for a motorhome. Would not stay here again.

Just started caravanning this year, came to Lady Heyes and keep coming back. Plenty of toilets, clean, good washing facilities etc and on site security. There is a great café with good food that is not too badly priced. There are also good shops on site to browse and the pub is not bad. The location is excellent with plenty do do within short distances. There are good sized pitches and the staff are excellent and very helpful. The only bad points are the grounds are looking a bit tired.

Very clean site. Good sized pitches and easy to find. We found there was no evening entertainment though, only a quiet bar so not sure if they class their bar as entertainment. Very laid back site. Good vintage shops on site. Would stay again. Cheap site.

Arrived late evening for a one night stay. First time visiting this site. Staff member on duty was very friendly, polite and helpful. Directed us to our pitch as it was dark and difficult to see. Unfortunately, the pitch that was given to us did not have electric hook up as both sockets were in use. Because of this, the member of staff had to contact his manager and therefore there was a delay with trying to solve this. We had to move to a different pitch in the end. We were just desperate to settle down having arrived late night. The member of staff was apologetic and ensured that we found the new pitch. Apart from this we had a good stay. Breakfast at the on-site café was value for money and very good.
