Peaceful

We were so impressed with the calm and natural environment. We had to cut our visit short of various reasons but will definitely return. Was a longer walk back from crackington haven than we thought it would be but that was my fault for not researching properly .

Pleasant stay

We had a lovely stay at Trelay with good weather. Very clean and welcoming showers and kitchen. Helpful to have a fridge as there is no hook up.

Van Honeymoon

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Lovely staff, came to welcome us and congratulate us. We were the only couple on the site, the rest were families with small children. Didn't hear the children after 9.30pm. All the campers were friendly, would highly recommend this site. Definitely a return trip is in the cards.

Great campsite

Lovely small campsite, there's only around 10 pitches and each pitch has a separation of long grass between them which gives the feeling of your own space. There are communal benches in the middle and they give fire pits to each pitch which is a nice touch. Would recommend.

Great site

Great site and friendly management.

Cornish camping

Lovely site close to the sea. Hot showers, clean loos and a small kitchen with kettle, fridge and microwave. This was great, as the weather was typically Cornish, wet, windy dry and sunny - all in one day! Not sure if the facilities would be enough if all ten pitches were occupied as we were the only campers for two nights, but we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Site is five mins drive from the beach so no complaints from the younger campers. Will definitely come back. Sue and Stewart.

Peaceful, pretty site

A lovely little site, it was very quiet and peaceful while we were there, with lots of space around each pitch. We were there with our pod/micro-caravan. The little kitchen area adjacent to the showers and toilets worked really well and we appreciated being able to boil a kettle for an early morning cuppa and store things in the fridge. Everything felt well looked after and clean, and the people we encountered were all friendly. I would definitely recommend this site although it is a little isolated.

Good camping

Very nice spot to have quiet nights and lovely days. Good and clean toilets and showers. Nice room for breakfast. Five minutes drive to the beach.

A fab campsite for a chilled break

Loved the communal kitchen area. Also the chilled feel of the place; so relaxing. Enjoyed visiting the horses and cows, stunning views from their fields too. Great location for some amazing days out.

Lovely site, small, friendly and relaxed

We loved our stay at Trelay campsite, a perfect family friendly field and excellent facilities. We loved it that there was an area to make a cuppa and charge the phone, the showers were amazing too! Trelay is ideally situated for visiting several wonderful beaches, many of which are dog friendly and perfect for families. We only planned to stay for one night but ended up staying for three! The stars at night were amazing! Would definitely recommend and will return.

Fantastic little site

Small compact site with well managed facilities and a lovely community ethic. We will be back.

Small, friendly campsite with good facilities

We loved our stay at Trelay. The field is perfect for families with little ones, having a small swing set in easy view. A surprising bonus was that the shower block had a small communal room, with a fridge, kettle and toaster bringing a touch of convenience for a cheeky crumpet when needed. We only stayed a short while, but we can't wait to come back soon and explore more. Would recommend visiting Bude beach!
