Such a lovely park with great facilities. The hedged pitch was a bonus, meaning we were sheltered from the elements. The location was great and the staff were fabulous, I think my check in was the most thorough I've ever had. I was given a wealth of information about the park and surrounding areas with recommendations. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

We recently stayed at Tehidy Holiday Park and honestly could not recommend the site enough. This has been the best campsite we have ever stayed on and the cleanliness was just something else. The site is run and kept to a very high standard and the owners and staff was so lovely 😊 When we arrived we were welcomed and shown all about the site and directed to our lovely large electric pitch. The pitch itself was beautiful, very well kept and felt private due to hedges in between separating the pitches. There were picnic benches opposite and for a smaller site, it had everything and more to offer! The kids loved the site and especially, as the weather has not been good at all, they could still enjoy their own space playing out in the kids wooden playroom area or when dry spells, on the lovely park. I honestly can not fault the site at all. The location was perfect too and will definitely be returning just not to camp 🏕️ Thank you Tehidy 😊😊

A great holiday spot. The owners clearly put a lot of effort into making the campsites private with beautiful hedges covered in clematis flowers and natural flowers in the hedges. It felt safe for children to have a bit of freedom to run down to the playpark by themselves. A lovely spot.

Lovely, clean site, showers and toilet blocks especially. We did find the site a little steep when towing the caravan to the pitch, our wheels were spinning, but once on the pitch it was fine. The man on reception was very helpful also. Local beaches were lovely, Gwithian and Portreath, lots of amenities on Portreath beach 🏝️ including toilets and places to eat.

Fabulous site, large individual pitches. Toilet/shower facilities very clean, also washing up facilities. Ideal to explore many different areas. Check in quick and easy and useful information on surrounding areas etc. A little road noise, but nothing too drastic. Beaches within 5-6 minutes and close to coastal path.

Absolutely brilliant site. So so quiet, so brilliant for our young family. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Owner really lovely and has a font of information on things to do and places to go. Can't wait to return.

Excellent park, private hedged pitches. Small park so never feels busy or overcrowded. Park for kids is great with little sunken trampoline. Clean toilets and shower block. Only issue would be the showers automatically turning off every 5 seconds, which is annoying when you're trying to help a child! Otherwise, we loved it and would definitely go back and recommend!

Very helpful and friendly host. Great campsite in good location near to the beautiful coastal locations. Lovely clean facilities, very well thought out and nice private pitches. We came with teenage kids and would definitely come back 😊

Excellent site. Large private pitches close to facilities. Only downside was that the shop didn't stock much. However, with Tesco and Aldi only a short drive away, we managed, but it would have been handy to get milk in the morning.

Very friendly local who was happy to give the best routes to places. Getting on and off some of the pitches were a bit sketchy when wet. Well maintained, very clean and well maintained areas for camping. Nicely sheltered pitches. Overall a great holiday place to stay and would go back again.

The site was very well maintained, clean and quiet. A nice park area with games room for the children. Staff were friendly and helpful. The toilets and showers were clean and new. Close to a few nice beaches but to visit any attractions was about a 30 -50 minute drive in any direction. Theme park close by which the kids loved.

We had a great week, lovely, clean, quiet site. Great access to local beaches and really friendly owners. We would happily return, will book a bigger pitch next time as couldn't get our complete awning on there but it was flat and we had a lovely area out front with a picnic table. The other slight down side was that the shower cubicles are very small with nowhere to put your clothes, there were also usually queues as there were only 3 cubicles. Overall though, a really lovely site with peace and quiet in abundance. Would happily return.

Very happy with the site and will definitely be returning. Only downside I would say was the games room for the kids could do with upgrading maybe a touch, but that was the only thing I could pick on. The site is beautiful and very well maintained. We look forward to retiring next year.

My husband enjoyed the site so much we went back for another night. We were walking the SW coast path and it was an easy drive to pick up the path again. Lovely peaceful pitch with great facilities and wished we were young enough to use the small park facilities.

A lovely peaceful campsite and on-site staff very helpful. Unfortunately though, I had a sleepless night Saturday due to loud music in the vicinity (not the campsite) which went on until 5am Sunday morning so this rather spoilt the stay.

This was our first camping experience/experiment as a family of four. Just two nights to see if we liked it. Well what can we say, we all enjoyed it very much. We learnt a lot. We had some issues on our side, but we cannot fault the site. Well maintained private plots. Facilities were spotless as was the whole site. Very private and secure, as well as peaceful. You can hear the A30 if the wind is blowing your way, but we live near a busy duel carriageway, so didn't bother us. The chap on arrival was very friendly and informative of the site and local area. The toilets and shower block were central so not too far to walk too (take a torch for night time toilet trips). BBQ area was fab and right next to our pitch, although there is a base for your own bbq on each pitch. Safe to say we will be booking a full camping holiday next year and our experiment was a success. Thanks Tehidy for a relaxing couple of days.

We had one of the large hedged pitches and can't fault it at all, was a really good size, the shower and toilet blocks were spotless. The only thing I would say is that the shop doesn't stock much and is only open a couple of hours a day. Apart from that, it's a lovely clean park and I would highly recommend.

Thank you for your review. As you say, the shop in reception is only open in the morning and afternoon for set times. Being a small site, we find most people are out and about exploring the beaches etc during the day and so we use this time for keeping the site and facilities how you would like to find them. We are happy to open the shop up and help if needed during it's closed times. Best wishes, Richard
