We had the perfect break, it was our first camp with the kids and we all loved it, the walk to the beach, slip and slide and loads more to to keep the kids busy but above all the staff was amazing! Attentive and super friendly.

Large Tent - Electric Grass PitchesMay 2026

I stayed here for 4 nights having not camped for about 12 years. I went with my two young teenage daughters as this place looked calm and quiet with all the facilities that we were looking for. We really enjoyed staying here whilst visiting the historical ports, coastal towns and beaches nearby and relaxed at the campsite whenever we felt like it. The other guests on the site were all very friendly when we were there and we made a few new friends. This place is quite picturesque, very peaceful and the facilities were kept so clean by guests and staff the whole time we were there. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you to all of the friendly staff for a very pleasant stay. Richard

We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location. The only things I would say is the bathroom at the top of the campsite needs upgrading as the one further down the camp is a lot better, spacious and easier with kids, and the play park is very small but there are plenty of beaches close by, a fairy door trail on the park and a slide N slide. Thank you for our stay!

An absolute gem of a campsite -we will definitely be back.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass PitchesMay 2026

We absolutely loved loved our stay here and can not recommend it enough. The entire site is incredibly quiet and peaceful, filled with the beautiful sounds of birds singing and regular visit from bunnies coming right up to the site to eat. Tha facility are great and spotlessly clean. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. There is also a grate little shop on site stocked with all the essentials. The grounds feature beautiful pond that adds to the tranquil atmosphere. A huge plus for us was that the witches are divided by green bushes, which gave us some extra privacy and made the space feel much more personal. It is a very dog friendly place with fantastic walks right on the doorstep along a stunning coastline. Even better, it offers quick and easy access to a perfect little beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding PitchesMay 2026

First time staying at East Grinnis Holiday park and we had a lovely couple of nights. Lovely mature site with great shower facilities which are cleaned regularly. Ideally situated to walk to Carlyon Bay, takes about 30 minutes and 50 minute walk to Charlestown. The site had a lovely little shop which sold essentials/alcohol/toys etc and they also provided breakfast and food throughout the day. Will definitely return.

Lovely campsite run by a friendly group of people. Good location for us between Fowey and Charlestown. Decent sized pitches with good screening between for privacy. Facilities basic, but clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

Just had a couple of nights at East Crinnis Holiday Park. We found the owner very friendly. The site was very clean and tidy. Pitches were a good size and most were separated by nice tidy hedges. The shower block was modern, very clean, and tidy. All in all, the facilities were very good. Close proximity to Carlyon Bay, Charlestown, St Austell and The Eden project. Decent pub restaurant just up the road, bit pricey but nice. So, very good value for money site, we'll be back again.

First time at this site. I extended for an extra 2 nights. It is without doubt one of the best sites I have stayed at in many years of camping and caravanning, I am now in my 80s, so many years under my belt! Yes I thoroughly recommend this site. The staff are so helpful and friendly.

Trailer Tent - Electric Grass PitchesSep 2025

We decided to go to Cornwall and discover some of its breathtaking views and scenery. This campsite was nice and quiet. Well maintained and very clean. Easy access to plan days out and visit some beautiful places. Highlight was Port Isaac where Doc Martin was filmed and then off to Lands end. Plenty of privacy on site with individual pitches. Highly recommend this site for a perfect base.

We had two nights in a motorhome here, we found Paul very informative about the local area and things to. The owners were really helpful too. Very clean amenities. A nice quiet site and dog friendly.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass PitchesSep 2025

Perfect in many ways. A hedge enclosed pitch, a BBQ, close to clean showers and toilets, level, friendly welcome. My only negative was that on our third day, we had made a delicious full breakfast of egg, sausage, hash browns, tomatoes and mushrooms. Sat down to enjoy and an extremely noisy ride on mower went up and down adjacent to our tent, spoiling the breakfast completely. I am sure he cut the same piece of grass 3 times.

Trailer Tent - Electric Grass PitchesAug 2025

Really charming and ideally located campsite. The pitch was very secluded which was great as we had just one tent in our party of 4. The location is amazing, halfway between Fowey and Mevagissey, both of which were great recommendations by the camp staff on arrival. Staying in the summer meadow meant the road volume wasn't an issue, and the separate shower block was ideal as we never had far to go for facilities. Would recommend and return in future

Large Tent - Electric Grass PitchesAug 2025

When we arrived, we were greeted by Bertie. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and always greeted us with a smile. We had a large tent and we were given a corner pitch which was a bit cramped for the size of our tent, compared to some of the other pitches. This, however, didn't affect our stay and we had a great time exploring. We stayed on the main site where the reception (The Shack) is, here there is really clean shower blocks, toilets, 3 washing up sinks, utilities area containing a microwave and a freezer, also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The facilities in the camp were immaculate and the staff always happy to help. The Shack has a small shop for essentials and sells a variety of drinks (alcoholic, non-alcoholic, hot drinks) as well as bacon butties in the morning and pizzas in the evening (pizzas were amazing). During our trip, we explored nearby Carlyon Bay, which accessed via the campsite beach path. This takes you along the coastal path a beautiful walk really nice and clean dog friendly beach and places to eat. Walk a bit further you get to Charlestown, which is definitely worth a visit. Other days we drove to Mevagissey, Newquay and Perranporth.
