Lovely park!

Pitches were well maintained, spotless facilities. A lovely campsite.

Beautiful site, very clean and inviting

Great park, lovely shower room and toilet facilities. Welcoming staff that were very helpful. Great location, lots of stunning coastline that is easily accessible. I would stay here again for sure.

Lovely site, great location

Absolutely lovely site, facilities were great, very clean. The pitches are fab. Great location for Padstow, Port Isaac and of course, Wadebridge.

100% recommend

Couldn't be happier with The Laurels. We only stayed for one night due to our own commitments, however we both seen enough to want to come back on the next adventure we make into Cornwall. Easy to get to and a good location for experiencing North Cornwall way. All facilities within the site were spotless and the showers were possibly the best showers I've had at a campsite.

Our stay

Didn't expect a view, but got a lovely one of the toilet block directly in front of our allocated pitch. This should have been something other than a pitch to be honest, as I could hear people walking back and forth to the block all night. Very clean facilities, but very noisy road and pitches were close together. Considering the price, I was very disappointed with our stay.

Hi Oliver, Thanks for the comment regarding your pitch. It is actually one of our most requested large pitches as it is closer to the facilities - there were no notes on your booking to be away from the facility block. You need only have voiced your concerns to us and we would have found you another pitch as it was a quiet time when you stayed. We are on call 24/7 and live on-site with our mobile contact number available in all pre-arrival emails, on the welcome board and up at the facility block that you were so close to. It might be an idea to say something at the time as that way you would have had a more enjoyable stay and we wouldn't have received this review.

Very helpful when the weather was rough, couldn't do enough

Lovely site, great location

Loved this park. Great facilities, ideal location for Padstow, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Harlyn Beach and Constantine Bay.

Lovely site. Pitches separated by hedges. Toilets well maintained. Dogs loved their own play park!

Great holiday park

Nice little family run park. We had a warm welcome, the facilities are very good. It is a nice and quiet park.

Lovely site

A very well maintained and run campsite. The facilities were spotlessly clean and of a high standard. The pitch was a very good size and offered good privacy. Handy location for Mid Cornwall - we easily visited Newquay, Padstow and Wadebridge during our stay.

Nice site

Very nice campsite which is in an ideal location for getting out and about to different resorts via car or public transport. The only downside is there are no pubs/restaurants in easy walking distance.

Lovely well kept site

Nice small clean and friendly. Our pitch was just a bit too close to the main road, so we found it very noisy but it didn't detract from a nice stay.

Very well kept pretty place

A very well presented and organised site. Excellent friendly staff and guidance. The grounds and facilities were very clean and well kept. An excellent base with dedicated safe dog exercise and childrens play areas.Easy access to local beaches, towns and attractions. Will definitely return

Great little park

This is such a lovely little park, it's so clean and well kept. The location is fab, we used buses for Padstow, Port Isaac and Wadebridge with great ease thanks to the time table onsite and the bus stop just outside. Granted there isn't much onsite it's self but we like that as it keeps it quiet. One of the owners came and introduce herself just after we arrived and she was very helpful and informative and she left us to get on with our holiday we never saw her again, but she made it clear they were always on hand if needed.

Lovely landscaped park

Beautifully landscaped park with good sized pitches offering some privacy. Greeted by the owner who was really friendly and welcoming. Exceptionally clean facilities at all times of the day. Easy to find and despite being near road it was very quiet at night. Will be coming again - thanks for a great stay.

Keep this to yourself. Please

Wanted to keep this one our little secret. A bit selfish I know, but when you find that perfect hideaway, you don’t want to shout about it do you! See told you, selfish! Conscience got the better of us, had to come clean. One for your list to stay. Spot on location for quick trips to nearby golden beaches and crystal blue sea. All the facilities you need plus the little extra of the firepit for toasting marshmallows. Heaven! But don’t tell anyone, please!

Great break

Used to have a seasonal pitch here about 10 years ago. The site has been expanded with regards to the middle section being pitches for vans and way back it was for tents only, so it made the site seem smaller! The site was pretty full, we had a nice welcome and the showers and toilets are still nice and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The only downside was the noise from the very busy road, it wasn't like that ten years ago! The site itself is a brilliant location for getting about and I love Wadebridge itself - there is so much going on and no shortage of places to eat and drink.
