A pitch is for a caravan, campervan, trailer-tent or tent and includes 2 adults.

Due to the narrow entry lane, arrival is strictly no earlier than 2:30pm and departures no later than 11am.

Check in times are from 2:30pm - 7pm Sunday to Thursday and 2:30pm - 8pm Friday and Saturday.

Hot water showers are provided (they require a 50p coin).

Parties of over 6 persons will need to reserve 2 pitches.

There's a have a strict no noise policy after 10:30pm so if you want to stay up late partying- this is not the site for you! For this reason, no stag or hen parties, sorry.

Well-behaved dogs are allowed on site, but they must be kept on leads, and any mess cleaned up instantly and disposed of responsibly.

Properly constructed BBQs, with a minimum height of 40cm from the ground, are allowed on site, but do not allow the use of disposable BBQs as they damage the grass.

Booking is recommended in peak season.

Please note that all persons staying in or visiting our Adult Only Field must be 18 years old. Anyone booked for this field and found to be under 18 will be asked to move into the main family field if there is availability.

The owners reserve the right to charge for an additional pitch for extra large tents or gazebos/pup tents and extra persons.

Day visitors are welcome during off-peak periods but must call before arrival to check availability as there is limited visitor parking spaces. Visitors are to depart before 7pm. The site regret that that they cannot accommodate visitors to the site during peak periods.

Bring a rod (plus a rod licence) and do some fishing in the river - it offers 1000 metres of glorious free fishing on the River Tees.
