Highly recommended, we planned for 2 nights but extended to 3. Kids loved it. Perfect location, plenty of things to do around the area. Catherine was so helpful, she thought of everything in the pods. Pods were clean and there was a-lot of space. Kids can't wait to come back. Thank you for a lovely time away.

This was our first time "Glamping" and Cragg Farm pods will be a tough one to top! We throughly enjoyed our stay. Catherine the owner and host was so welcoming and great at communicating via email in the lead-up to our stay. She was very helpful with any questions once we arrived and only a phone call away if we needed anything. The Pod is right next to a field with sheep and little lambs only 2-3 days old, very cute! The children loved looking at them. Inside the pod, it was immaculate and at a luxury standard! Very well looked after which I personally loved. There's a welcome pack which contains everything you know- instructions on how to use the facilities like the oven, heating etc. There was also complimentary tea, coffee, hot choc, biscuits and small fresh milk in the fridge so you can get a cuppa when you first arrive. There was even a tin foil and cling film in the cupboard,d which was great since I totally forgot about bringing these items. The kitchen has everything you need, it's quite amazing how it all fits into one pod! The pod also has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail, which I thought was a nice touch and again gave the luxury feel. The beds were super comfy and the linen was ironed, fresh and clean! Location-wise, it was great for what we went for. We spent a full day at Aira Force waterfall, which is a 40 min drive away. There is lots more around the area. We only stayed for 2 nights, but will definitely be back for longer next time and explore the beautiful area. I have nothing negative to say at all. :)

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Catherine was very welcoming and it was very clean and comfortable. The perfect place to relax, had a walk locally and it was very peaceful. The view from our pod was also gorgeous. Handy for Cockermouth and the lakes. We will definitely be back in the summer for a longer stay 😊

Our first time to stay in a camping pod and it is a home away from home-complete with everything we need especially the shower which we love to have in the pod.the cleanliness is outstanding not to forget the farm view situated above the hill which we have enjoyed the sunrise and the sunset while having home cooked meals. The owners are amazingly friendly and very accommodating,willing to lend a helping hand when needed.A huge thanks to them. We highly and definitely recommend them to friends and family. The serenity of the place is excellent ,away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our experience staying in this camping pod exceeds our expectations. We love it💕.

Exceptional pod, highly recommend. The pod is finished to a very high standard and is very clean. Everything has been thought of, even washing up liquid, milk etc on arrival. The only thing you need to bring is your own towels. Catherine is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Fully equipped kitchen with ample space. Set in away from the main roads in a lovely sheep farm. Stunning views of the surrounding fells. Owner is very friendly and welcoming. Bring your own towels.

Our weekend stay in Cragg Farm pods was amazing and faultless. We could have stayed in the pod for days just looking at the view. Catherine and her family are so friendly and she is an excellent host. The pod was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was there including milk for a cuppa when we arrived. It was very safe for the kids to play around the area, as it was fully enclosed with only two other pods. The sheep on the adjacent farmland also provided kids with constant entertainment. As for the area, there are many things to do and see within a very short drive. We went for a lovely walk near Loweswater one day and then went to Whinlatter Forest the next day. Cockermouth is the nearby town, 5-6 min drive and has a good high street and supermarkets with a majority of friendly locals. We were very impressed by the whole experience and will be returning to stay again soon.

Great accommodation in a quiet and scenic part of the lakes, which provides a great base for day trips. The pod we stayed in was perfect for us. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and is kept in beautiful condition. Would highly recommend for families and couples looking for a quiet spot for a few days.

Fantastic stay. Amazing host. She was so welcoming and caring, even the communication before was fantastic. The pods are equipped with everything you need. Seriously she has thought of everything, including the tin foil and cling film. All you need is your food, towels and toiletries. Everything else is there. Made it so much easier for a family of 4 to pack. Nice and warm with heated flooring and a radiator in the bathroom. The beds are super comfy with bedding made up!!! Sofa bed is a good size with bedding, just need to make it up in the night. Can store away under it, to give you that floor space for the day. Safe enclosed space for children to enjoy around the pod. We loved going out at night to look at the stars as it's so clear. Really pleased with our stay and will definitely be back.

We booked last minute as our friends had hired a pod (2 adults and 2 young children). Everyone loved it. The location and pods were as described. Throw in a hot tub, and I reckon people would pay double!

Catherine our host and owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The pods were spotlessly clean with beautiful views. We have a 3 year old and a 16 month old who thoroughly enjoyed it. We manged to eat outdoors and enjoy the peaceful surroundings in October. We will be back.

What an ideal place to stay, both the pod and the host Catherine were fantastic! Plenty to venture out to do, both locally and a bit further and when the rain hits, easily enough space to cook, play games, hang out and wait for it to pass! Catherine was so friendly from arriving to the minute we left and the views around the farm were lovely. Would highly recommend if you want a break away!

The most wonderful glamping pod in the most picturesque, secluded location. The pod was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and complimentary tea/coffee/hot choc biscuits (including milk in the fridge) was a much appreciated welcome gesture. Very friendly family who run the pods and made us feel very at home for our short stay. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back.

What an amazing stay, I booked last minute and was more that what I could ask for. 2 minute drive from the main part of town, but allowing the space and view of the countryside. Amazing view, brilliant cleanliness and really nice customer service. Can't fault the place- brilliant all round 😁

My wife, son and I have just got back from having a lovely four night break at Cragg Farm camping pods. We absolutely loved it, the location was stunning, the pod was spacious and well equipped & Catherine was a spectacular host who was always happy to help - plus gave great advice on the local area. We will definitely be back!

Catherine was a really wonderful host and couldn’t have been more helpful. Location is ideal and not far from anything. We stayed for 4 nights and the only negative thing I can say is that the time flew past, we really didn’t want to leave.

Had a brilliant two night stay at Cragg Farm pods. The pod itself had everything you needed and Catherine the host had put a lot of personal touches, like hot chocolate and a bottle of milk- she had thought of everything. The pod had lots of room and my favourite part the views was the stunning views from it. The pods are enclosed- we have a two year old and we could sit on the benches outside the pod, and knew he was safe running round after the sheep! The location is great- we drove to Cockermouth one day and on the second day went to Keswick, which was only a 15 min drive. I will 100% be returning. Thank you for such a fab stay!
