We stayed at Unthank Lane Farm, it was a beautiful place to stay and the people were very friendly. The shower and toilet facilities were very clean and were cleaned daily. The campsite was spacious between the pitches and had loads of space. It was a great place to then go and walk around the Peak District or do whatever you enjoy. Had enough parking on our pitch for two cars, a tent and a pup tent and a gazebo. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming next summer and for longer!

Amazing location, really caring owners who were very helpful. Couldn't fault the place and overall amazing stay with them. They were more than accommodating to us, checked we were okay when running late and overall lovely people. Will be back next year for sure!!

Small and sweet campsite, well spaced and quiet. Very close to good walks. Very clean toilets, showers etc. Friendly host. Walking distance to a good pub! What more can you want!

Lovely area! Views were brilliant! The owners were 10/10! The last night stay there were 2 couples in the bell tent that decided to have a few too many. They were reasonable. Just the noise from one of the slightly drunken girls. The owner came straight down after hearing this and told them straight. And majority of the time, they kept at a reasonable volume after this.

Such a beautiful part of the world, I have fallen in love. We will definitely be back. The bell tent was perfect as we have recently gotten rid of our old and well used tent and haven’t yet purchased another. There was a picnic table and fire pit available to use and we bought a box of logs etc from Sam for £10. The toilets were spotless. Basic site with 2 toilets, 1 shower, sink and water point but there didn’t need to be any more as the site was small. Lots of space for each pitch and beautiful views. The surrounding area was great for exploring, and we visited the pub twice which is about 15 mins walk away. Sam was really lovely, a great host and super friendly. Hope you enjoy your upcoming trip to Liverpool! We are just a text away if you need any advice on where is nice to visit. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely place, Sam was very friendly and helpful. The toilet, shower and washing station were very clean. It was a great place for us as novice campers. We really enjoyed our weekend.

We were going to see Bamford Edge and surroundings. Unthank Farm was a great base to start from as no more than 12 miles to go. Not too far away from shopping if needed. Poor mobile reception, which we took as a benefit. So clearly not for anybody looking to work online while away. We lost to the weather, but were looking forward to having a fire at night frying some sausage.

Only stayed one night to attend a wedding close by. Cannot fault the place, the toilets were clean the shower was great and clean too. Lovely owners. Nothing negative to say. Thanks for having us!

We had a fabulous break here - fantastic weather, with a welcoming just as warm 😊 Basic facilities, but all you need for a short stay. Lots of trails and paths within walking distance. Would definitely go again.

Absolutely brilliant site! We would definitely recommend everyone to go here! Owners of the farm were so lovely and nothing was too much for them. We will be back again next year. We camped with our 9 month old and we had so much room to space ourselves out and have privacy. Brilliant location. Brilliant site.

Lovely location with clean toilets, shower and washing facilities. Pub is a 15 minute walk away and was very good, as were the cakes from the house up the road. Lovely location to explore the peaks.
