Lovely campsite for families with small children
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2026 We brought the grandson for a few nights at Parkers Farm and we all had a wonderful stay.
The meet and greet with the animals was informative and active! We had hoped Miss Piggy may deliver of her piglets during our stay, but alas it was not meant to be. May we wish Miss Piggy a safe delivery when it does occur! The entertainment at the restaurant is exceedingly well thought out, the balloon and magic man was a complete hit with all ages of children, including the teenagers!
A nice walk along the lane to Ashburton was enjoyed by us all. The dogs on site appeared to be having as equal a good time as the humans! Amazing views across to Dartmoor and although the A38 is but a short distance the traffic noise is a little like white noise and you just don't seem to notice due to the lovely ambience.
We will no doubt return. May I also give a shout out to the waiting staff who were polite and efficient; keeping the restaurant area clean and presentable at all times.

Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The location was great with beautiful views. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice spacious campsite with great facilities.

Lovely little break
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 We had a lovely little break here as a family of 4 and a dog. Very well kept site which is family friendly but not overly noisy at all.
The views are beautiful and we loved the sunsets and star gazing. You can see Haytor Rocks from the site. Great location for exploring the moors.

Camping trip
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 Had a fantastic time was very friendly kids loved feeding the animals and going on the tractor ride which was included you also have river dart country park up the raod as well and also not to far for a nice walk along the moors was very good for money.and entertainment was ok too definitely will be back.soon xx

Small Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 Really an exceptional campsite.very welcoming on arrival and given the option of which pitch we wanted..we choose a very spacious pitch with electric hook up and room for both cars.The shop was convenient for the little bits that you normally run out of and a nice selection of ice creams and lolly’s.We loved the idea that they have a freezer within the shop that allows you to use a few ice packs while refreezing your own.very helpful as the weather was 🔥!
The bar served really nice chilled beverages and the food from the restaurant was also very enjoyable and tasty.
The toilet and shower facilities were amazingly very clean and the showers were well ,pressured and hot.
We stayed as a couple
