About Well Farm

The pods sit on a large deck overlooking the Tamar Valley, only an easy 20 minutes from Bude and its unbeatable beaches. They sit within an old orchard, sharing their home with a set of farm animals - it really is the good life! Fully furnished, the Rivendell Pods are warm and cosy, each with a comfortable bed. Outside each is a BBQ for your meals and you can use the kettle inside the pod for your perfect morning cuppa. If you fancy something quick, there's also a microwave, toaster, mini fridge and all the bits and bobs you need for cooking. A flat screen TV with DVD player is ideal for when you want to kick back and coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits and milk are all provided on a welcome tray when you arrive. Beside each is a private bathroom pod with a hot shower, flushing toilet and basin. Best of all is your luxurious outdoor hot tub, where the bubbles will get you nice and relaxed for your holiday.

There is a shop at Whitstone, or a well stocked Waitrose in Holsworthy.

Things to do on site and in the Holsworthy area

The farm is a relaxing space where you can watch the chickens strut about their coop, play board games indoors on rainy days and settle down around the fire pit to toast marshmallows of an evening. You can even fish in the river and not need to move an inch from your base.

Brought the bike? Not only can you store it on site easily, but it will take you on incredible adventures - including the Tarka Trail.

For days by the beach you can't beat lovely Widemouth Bay and Bude which have all the sandy stretches you could hope for and a great range of water sports.

Some of the prettiest areas of Devon are just an easy drive away, like the village of Clovelly and Port Isaac, well known as the home of Doc Martin.
