Kids go mad for the park's Petorama where they can cuddle the cutest of animals and there's a horse riding centre. Ideal for exploring the fabulous sandy beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton, the rugged beauty of Exmoor and the area's great family attractions.

The weather was rubbish, but the site wasn't. So much to do for the kids, they loved the petting zoo. The site is very clean and tidy with friendly staff. We will be visiting again.

Wet, welcoming site and all staff were very helpful. The site was clean and the facilities were very clean too. Our first time for a short stay, but would recommend and return at some point in the future.

Lovely site, very clean and tidy. Swimming pool excellent. Didn't use bar. Shop well stocked if a little expensive. Only distracting thing was the constant noise we had from mowing, strimming and road sweeper. Appreciate it has to be done but as the field was empty the next day, maybe that would have been better. Kids play area good but too far from field. All in all we had a good stay and would come again

Loved this place! We were blessed with the weather, but it was a wonderful weekend. Lovely friendly welcoming people. Site and facilities were really clean and well cared for. My daughter loved the play park and the pool was lovely too. Our field was really quiet and beautiful to be right by the trees. Thanks for a lovely time and we can't wait to come back :)

A lovely clean site! Large pitch and not far from washing facilities. Great big park for kids and a good woodland walk. Didn't get a chance to visit the animals or pool. Would recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here, so much so that we have already booked to go back. Toilets and showers were absolutely spotless at all times, the whole campsite was kept so well. The on site facilities are great for the kids - swimming and the Petorama being our favourite. Can't wait to come back!

A fantastic stay! We loved staying at Stowford. Arrival was easy and they even gave us a little pack for the dog including poo bags and treats - a lovely touch. Our pitch was clearly labelled and easy to find with the map and assistance of the lady who signed us in. Water was nearby and the toilets were clean. There were enough toilets and showers even at times I would consider busy times, there were plenty. The bar staff were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Stowford, especially only being 10mins from Woolacombe beach!

Lovely park, with large pitches. We arrived and the pitch we were assigned was still occupied, but the team in reception were so help and gave us a choice of pitch, so we were very happy. Lovely outdoor spaces with large play areas and sports field. The kids loved the petting farm and horse riding, as well as the disco. Good food in the restaurant and fantastic croissants in the farm shop.

Staff on hand to help with anything great site a deal for children so much to do. Spotless shower room /toilets 100%will be back. Oh, you do need a car to visit places outside the site. Other than that, perfect Many thanks all.

We have stayed at Stowford a number of times. The staff are very helpful and informative. The site is well maintained and the toilet and shower blocks were very clean and tidy. Food on site was also very good and reasonably priced. The site is also great for dogs with designated walking areas. The site is generally geared towards families with younger children, but there is only plenty to do in the surrounding area.

We went here for our first ever family camping holiday. We and the kids loved it. We will be going back next year for longer. Site was excellent, staff were polite and helpful and the weather was also excellent. Lots to do on and off site.

This site was lovely and clean. Well kept. The large pitches are a good size as we managed to get a transit van SUV and 800 XL tent on the pitch with plenty of space to run around. Facilities were clean and well maintained. On site entertainment was a little pricey, but nice and friendly staff. Lots to do for the kids. Just a couple of miles away from the beach and town. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a really nice stay! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the facilities were really nice. The shop is very nice and not too over priced, but the opening times can be a bit restrictive since it isn't open that early or late. There are things to do on site like a petting zoo, swimming pool, places to eat, and entertainment. This is a really good place for families, saying that I do feel that older teenagers may not get as much out of it. In the middle of farm land (could hear sheep at night) is really nice and peaceful, however do have to drive out a bit to get to shops. Some of the plots are not flat, but as far as I could see, the tents plots were on fairly flat land. Really excited to come back again as the kids really enjoyed it here and had lots of fun.
