Nice campsite in a good location. Toilets and showers are a bit outdated but clean enough. Good pitch and site was very clean and tidy. Food and drinks on site are quite expensive

Lovely site in a great location. The outdoor and indoor pools were perfect for adults and kids. The shower blocks could do with being updated, but I would definitely come back regardless.

The park facilities are second to none. All the staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way possible. Would highly recommend and will 100% be going back again.

Gorgeous little park full of friendly people and great, helpful staff. Only thing that could be better is the entertainment finishes very early, you feel like you're just getting into it and it ends, followed very quickly by the bars shutting. Other than that it's absolutely brilliant.

Brilliant from start to finish. Lovely place to stay and will definitely be back. Only one small gripe- I was told not to use my fire pit/BBQ so didn't and thought fair enough, only to see just before leaving someone else had a roaring fire pit going?

Fabulous little site. Staff were super helpful as we had to change pitch. Food in restaurant was lovely. Also a lovely indoor heated pool - we didn't try outdoor as it was too cold! Will return, thank you!

Great park. Got to reception and was escorted to my pitch, which was level and clean. Clean facilities, outdoor pool was a pleasure on a beautiful sunny day. There was a well stocked shop and bar, which was open for a cold beer. Overall it was a great place for a 2 night stay.

This is a fabulous holiday park for camping, be it in a caravan, tent or campervan. The facilities are wonderful and there is even a bath! Great washing up facilities too. Lovely swimming pool also... Be aware that there's a narrow lane to get to the park but as long as you take it slowly, there are passing points. I would stay here again, lovely area...

We had a wonderful time here, staff are friendly and the place is above average for cleanliness, especially the toilets and showers. I'd highly recommend it to anyone and of course I'd come back again and again. In fact, we extended our stay. The facilities are also great, indoor and outdoor heated pools, jacuzzi, bars, restaurants, arcades, laundrette. There's something for the whole family to do.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Whitehill Country Park. As campers, we were in the top corner of the camping field. We felt fortunate to have a good level pitch with the field sloping away into a beautiful valley. The facilities are fabulous. Pool area was clean and the water was a good temperature. We didn't use the indoor pool but heard it was lovely and the showers were fabulous. The toilet and shower block was always clean and staff visited regularly to maintain this. The bar was well stocked and welcoming. We went to nearby Stoke Gabriel a couple of times and would recommend a visit there for the crabbing pool and lovely café bistro on the quay, The River Shack. The staff on the campsite were very helpful, especially after a music festival held in a local field caused some noise disruption. Expecting it to take place over two evenings, we decided to move on early. They were most apologetic, explaining that the event was unknown to them and out of their control, but then sent us a voucher for two nights stay at another time. We would like to visit this friendly site with its fantastic facilities again in the future. We would probably always visit outside school holiday periods as I imagine the site is very lively for families during these periods and we prefer peace and quiet.

We stayed here for a week leading up to the jubilee weekend. Booking in at the site was a doddle. Pitch was large enough and kept tidy. The whole site is immaculate. They definitely take pride in the grounds. Toilets were kept spotless all day and showers were always clean and hot. Never struggled to get a shower cubicle neither. Considering the park was at capacity, I was very impressed with this. Outdoor pool was a bit chilly to start with, but considering how nice the weather was it was great to cool down in. Can't wait to book again for next year.

Fabulous and quiet park. The only downside was that the heated pool left a lot to be desired, especially the inside one. A bit of a pungent smell in the outdoor hot tub which also wasn't hot.

We were in a big sloping field (not too sloped, thankfully). Family of 5 in a big tent. Free use of swimming pool & soft play was a hit with the kids. The toilet block was great, though the hand dryers were a bit poor. On the flip side, the showers were great - better than what we have at home!

Lovely campsite, however the on-site shop is no good. There's nothing you can get in there. Mum had a accident and needed some dressings etc, but even the receptions first aid box didn't have anything. Also, we had a bad experience in the restaurant - the food was very poor and it did ruin the evening a little.

Close to Paignton. Good entertainment - even though I did not use them, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools looked very tempting. Large plots, we had a campervan with an awning and there was loads of room. The site is kept spotless. Clean shower block and toilets. It was quiet when we stayed (May 2022) but not sure what it would be like in peak season as this is a child and pet friendly site. Overall, I would recommend this campsite and I would come again.
