About Route 3 Blindwell Exmoor

There are a total of 20 grass pitches without electric. Each of these sleep up to six people and allow tents only. Showers on request only. Campers bring their own cooking equipment. You'll have lovely views as well as plenty of space to stretch out. For anyone who would like to avoid the hassle of tent pegs, there are two glamping bell tents, each sleeping a maximum of two people in a comfy double bed that can alternatively be split into a twin. A note from the site themselves...

Here at Blindwell, we farm along side the natural environment and wildlife on Exmoor. We have small flock of Exmoor horn sheep who are descended from the original flock farmed here by James Delbridge back in the 1850's when he started farming here with his family.

We are proud to produce grass fed livestock which supply to a traditional butcher and breeding stock to other Devon farms. We also have been breeding a sheep called the Exlana, which has a high welfare status as it sheds it wool naturally. This is great for the sheep and our pockets, providing nesting material for birds and wildlife. Our cows calve naturally outside in the front fields as do most of our ewes.
