Tents, small campervans and motorhomes can all pitch up on one of the terraced non electric or electric grass pitches, or you can opt to stay in one of the two cosy camping pods. With the South West Coast Path running directly next to the site, this is the ideal spot for keen walkers!

Very small and quiet site, perfectly located on the coast. Great little shop open 9-4, facilities were good and clean. Coastal path and beach access directly from the campsite. What's not to love!!

Great service - we arrived at the campsite and our pitch was too muddy for our van. This was not a problem, they let us pick any location in the main campsite, which we really appreciated. Beautiful location, great facilities and good for all ages. Would recommend and go again!

As first time campers, we couldn't be happier with our stay. Everyone was very considerate, spaced out, and the facilities were constantly clean - not to mention the fantastic views!

Once at the site it is very peaceful. No protection from the wind - beware. Handy that you receive text messages about the weather from the site. Daily visits around the site from the staff. Handy shop but not open on Mondays. Lane to site is very narrow, be aware of this if you have a wide vehicle or trailer as there are very few passing places. Steep drive/walk from toilet block to pitches. Pebbly beach, walk to the right of the beach for the sandier parts. Lovely coastal walks, steep in parts. Site shop very clean, picnic area outside of shop. Most basics on sale plus homemade cakes and some pastries, salad bowls too. Friendly staff. Family shower room in both male and female toilet block. Shower blocks have 3 showers and one hair dryer. Didn't use the laundry room. Hubby said gents loos were not pleasant at times but that is due to unhygienic people. Not the fault of the site. One sink to clean dishes. Upon arrival check the notice board - it will tell you what pitch number you are.

Only rated service low as I had no experience with a human at any time. Online booking, confirmation, check in and plot allocation all worked well electronically. Facilities were exceptionally clean and well kept. I would worry about access for older people or anyone with disabilities and I'm not sure clear this is before booking. The sign to the campsite is obscured at the point where SatNav tells you you have arrived - I imagine many people will end up on the adjacent hill first and have to retrace their steps as we did. Access to the beach is what would bring us back, compared with other Dorset campsites you have it sewn up! As keen paddleboarders, this made a lot of difference to us and we will return.

Thank you for your feedback. We do a contactless check in which we find guests prefer, we are sorry if you felt that the human touch was needed. Our warden is on the park for any emergencies if needed.

The site is in a great location with wonderful views and direct access to the coastal path. Access to the site is not easy. It is down a very narrow lane and we arrived in awful weather, which made getting set up challenging. Overall however, it was well worth the effort.

As a Family of 4 with two young children, we loved our few days spent at Eype holiday park. We stayed on a cliff edge pitch with our Campervan. To wake up looking over the sea every morning was gorgeous and by far our favourite part! The facilities were so clean and well organised and also very close to our pitch, which was handy. We only met the hosts once as we didn't need them for anything but they were super friendly and helpful. We ventured into West Bay and also Lyme Regis for a few days out. Although there isn't restaurant on site, the other site has one which is very close. Both days we preferred to cook in our van or get a take away and sit on the nearby beach! We will definitely return & recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay! X

What an amazing site, if what you want is to wake up to a view of the sea. We were literally blown away by the view. The toilets and showers were lovely and clean. Nice, small and quiet site, which suited us down to the ground. Lots of walks in both directions, but be warned it is very hilly and not suitable really if you have issues with knees etc. We loved the walks as the views just got better. we walked to Burton Bradstock where we had the most amazing lobster at The Hive restaurant, right on the beach. This was quite a distance, but well worth it. In the opposite direction, we walked to the Anchor in Seatown where we ate outside next to the beach. The walk there was not quite as far, but again a bit hilly. Lovely stay and highly recommend it if you are after a quiet site overlooking the sea.

Eype House Holiday Park is very picturesque with beautiful cliff top views by the sea. Yes I would recommend this site in the summer when the ground is dry as unfortunately, we couldn't stay after our van got stuck in the soft muddy grass, and we had to get towed off. The staff were amazing (very helpful) and we were very grateful, as we were transferred at no extra charge to another site.

We stayed in the pod over Easter break. It was surprisingly warm and spacious. The facilities were amazing. We loved the fact that there is a little café and that the beach is a couple of minutes away.
