Second year we have stayed upon my children's request. Was perfect again, a warm welcome on arrival, quiet and a great location to access all of the Dorset coast. We will be back again next year as they are already planning the next trip!

Great little hidden gem. Great for tourers as close to main access routes. Easy to park up. Flat pitches. Clean and well equipped. Really felt safe for the kids to mooch around too.

This was our first time camping both as adults & with our 2 kids! I've always been hesitant to camp as worried about the cleanliness of the facilities etc. but here it was so clean at all times, and I would have no hesitation in returning soon! The staff were so friendly and kind and made us feel very welcome. The kids had an absolute blast, as there was space for them to play around with a ball.

Lovely place, really peaceful. Only a small site, so can't see it being rowdy. The guy that runs it is really helpful, and only a phone call away. Toilet and showers are clean and bright.

Lovely campsite - I will be back. We arrived and rang the campsite owner as stated on the entrance. He came straight away and directed us to our pitch. We asked for a pitch near the toilets as I went with children. It was a perfect pitch. Filtered drinking tap water, 2 showers and disabled shower room (was told we could use), toilets, washing up area, recycling area, hair dryers and benches in the shade. The showers were very clean but the heat was on and off, which meant a longer shower than normal waiting for the water to go back to the original temperature. Overall, lovely few days with my children and I will definitely go back.

Bluebell Meadow is very well set out. The grass is cut to a comfortable level. There is a separate washing up area with bowls, scrubber and washing up liquid. The toilet and showers are kept to an excellent standard and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Lovely small site. Felt safe and clean. Wonderful welcome with accommodating and friendly owner, Lee. Great location. Close to lots of amenities and beaches. Very reasonable with well maintained facilities. Would recommend.

A brilliant little site with great owners who are very accommodating and nothing is too much hassle. This was our first time camping and the advice was brilliant and very helpful. The facilities are spotlessly clean and there's everything that you need.

We stayed the week and we found it very nice. The owner, Lee, is very friendly and always to hand if anything is needed. Very clean showers and even things like washing up liquid is provided, we thoroughly enjoyed all that was too offer. Definitely returning next year. Only one small moan and that's the road through the park is full of broken tiles and sharp rocks.

Thank you for your review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. We are sorry about the road, it's made up of recycled crushed concrete, which we roller flat on a regular basis. Unfortunately, with the heatwave this year, we have not been able to compact the road as often as we would like due to the dust that it would create. However, the roads and paths are being compacted this week to resolve the issue. Hope to see you again soon.

We've just returned home from a 3 night stay at Bluebell Meadow and we had a fab stay. Lee was really friendly and welcoming when we arrived and went through all the usual with us. The showers and toilets were clean though some of the other campers could have cleaned up behind themselves a bit better!! The pitch size was great. I would 100% recommend Bluebell Meadow and would definitely stay here again.

Bluebell Meadow Campsite is well run and the owners are very helpful. The facilities are good, and showers, toilets and washing facilities are clean. The site is tidy. The pitches are good. No problems having a dog with us and Arnie enjoyed being able to play in the wooded picnic area. Only downside was the proximity to the A35 as traffic noise was constant day and night. Also a lot of families with small children, but it is their summer holidays.

Thanks for your comments. We are doing all we can to combat the road noise with extra planting of trees, shrubs and laurel bushes. These will take time to grow but they will help in the long term. It does say on our website that we cater for families and adults alike, so if you would like to stay again, may I suggest that you come during term time. August is the peak of holiday season.

Great campsite, very friendly and helpful owners. The only thing that let it down was the shower block. A little bit dated and the disabled/family shower room (in common with most campsites, to be fair) had a lack of dry places to put or hang clothes and bags, and the shower itself wasn't great. Otherwise, I'd recommend.

Thanks for your comments. The shower and toilet block was only built 3 years ago, and is redecorated at the close of every season and in terms of the comments regarding the disabled shower, we do have 2 towel rails, a shelf, coat hooks and a plastic chair to place dry items on.

A lovely small campsite within easy reach of the Jurassic coast. Good sized tent pitches with electricity, and a warm welcome when you arrive. Facilities good with toilets, showers (2 + 1 disabled), washing up area and access to drinking water. I have only marked this down because when the site got busier, there was quite a wait for the showers and the temperature fluctuated from extremely hot to very cold, which made it impossible to stand under. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this site, it was perfect for our stay.
