A simple no-nonsense site, very laid back. Facilities are basic, but clean. Price is very very good. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and pubs. Beautiful beaches also within walking distance. Would recommend.

Stayed for 1 night recently at Halletts campsite. The site had a good central location and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. The owner, Andy was very friendly and the site had a good relaxed feel which suited us. There was only a toilet block, which we were informed of prior to booking. The block was generally clean and in good condition. The fact that the site didn't have a shower block was absolutely fine for us as we were only staying the 1 night. Definitely a good place to stay for a short break.

The campsite is located in the centre of Portland, just 5 minutes drive from a large Tesco. There are decent toilets and a place to get water. Overall a great stay.

Nice position and really flat site. Very basic facilities but you can have a fire in a firepit which they rent out for not much, plus you can buy logs. So if you want to explore Portland, the ideal central location is great. It's very quiet too.

Great place for us if you are looking for a place to stay where it's a bit rural and quiet. Basic toilets and for us it was near bus stops and a Tesco. Once you wander along the footpaths, it's a great place to leave your camper and bus it into Weymouth. Remember it's rural and basic so make sure you have your gas and solar shower ready.
