Pitch up just a short way from the New Forest National Park, with Salisbury or Southampton on hand and the sweet village of Sherfield English even closer. You'll love Hill Farm Caravan and Camping Park's tasty on site cafe when you're peckish and its well stocked shop. Make yourself at home on great pitches and bring the dog to sniff out the South Coast's great beaches too. For young rascals, Paultons Park is a huge hit.

Hill Farm is probably the best site we have stayed at. It is very mature and flat, with lots of green space and large pitches. The showers are large and clean, with clean toilets and wash facilities. Everything is very well laid out and maintained. The site has a quiet policy at night, which always helps, and is far enough away from main roads to be very peaceful. The New Forest starts about 15 mins from the site to the west, and the South Downs a similar distance to the west. The beautiful cities of Salisbury and Winchester are also only about 20 minutes away. The location is pretty much perfect if you want to get out and explore a bit. We will definitely come back to the site.

Excellent staff. Food on site is fantastic and can't wait to stay again. Lovely & quiet.

Nice site, pitches a good size and fully serviced with electric and water, some even had waste (grey) water disposal but ours didn't. I'm not sure there would be enough toilet facilities during peak holiday times. Also I think charging campers extra to use the site Wi-Fi (£5 per day) in this day and age isn't acceptable. I'm not sure I will be booking again.

We had a caravan service so stayed for weekend. The only complaint that we could say was the pitch was no good for our caravan as it was difficult to hitch up. We could have done with a flat pitch.

We arrived at 5:15pm ish. The lady in the shop was really helpful contacting the site supervisor to show us our pitch. The next day, they were short staffed, but still managed to provide really nice breakfast sandwiches and great coffee.

Great location. Very peaceful. Beautiful grounds. We were there for a week as we have family down there and it was a 70th Birthday Great for access to the coast, Romsey, New Forest and Salisbury. Showers were spotless. Individual cubicles. Warm shower block, powerful showers with plenty of hot water.

A very well laid out and relaxing place to spend a few days with a useful on site shop and facilities. Noise curfew observed even over a busy weekend. Would happily return in future.

Booked the willows but we were given a different pitch in a different area, which was a bit disappointing. Pitches are fairly close together and we have a large 8-man tent so we chose to park our car in the car park to give us some space for outdoor chairs and a table. Showers worked well and were spacious with hooks and chairs in each cubicle. Toilets were always well stocked with loo roll and soap etc. Good washing up block and laundry facilities available. There is a good little shop which stocks everything and a café that had a simple but tasty and reasonably priced menu. Lovely dog walk, which goes in a loop around edge of campsite, and an easy check-in process. We visited Mottisfont, Romsey, the dahlia garden nursery and went to the Olive Tree pub, all of which were no more than 15 mins away.

This was our first stay on this site and looked well set up and friendly with good clean amenities. Second night there saw 2 families turn up and they ignored the 11pm quiet time policy, which we reported to the owner who apologised and said they would deal with it. Third night, said families partied until 2.30am and beyond, with an open pit fire, singing, shouting and generally being a nuisance. We phoned the site manager but his phone was on silent. The emergency button on the site office was inoperative so we all had to endure a noisy night. The site owner apologised to us in the morning and offered us a free return at some point which we declined. Policies put in place should be policed with a zero tolerance attitude and not put down to first night frolics. The site is lovely but their policies need adhering too. We won't be returning.

I would recommend this park, it's clean and the showers are perfect. We only had one night and you would expect the café to be open for breakfast as it was a Monday. Would be brilliant if it was open every morning. The internet is poor. If children wanted to play on iPads etc they couldn't. There were lots of electric sites, will book one away from people next time. Very good for dog walking and a really lovely site.

Was hoping to walk into Romsey, but the road was too busy without a pavement so we needed a taxi as we have a motorhome. Unfortunately we couldn't find one so the lovely lady from the cafe took us. We were so grateful as we had afternoon tea booked. The site was clean and so were the facilities. Thanks again x

This place is for couples I would say as not much for kids to keep them entertained. This park was clean and has a shop, Café, showers and toilets. Would return again.

Our first ever caravan trip and I was really impressed with the site. It was very busy as it was the summer holidays but it was a nice peaceful park, despite it being full. We had a fully serviced pitch and it was great. Facilities were really clean. Would highly recommend.

The wardens were great, which was the main positive about this stay. The site is nice, but there were too many large trees, casting shadows. The pitches were too close together, and it felt like they were on top of each other. The reception on site is not great, and you have to pay for the Wi-Fi. We've never had that before and I feel that it should be included in the fee for the stay, especially for the price per night.

Great site, good size site and good size pitches, plenty of space and not too busy. Great facilities, very clean and spacious toilets and showers. Small shop onsite with anything you'd need, small cafe selling a good selection of food and drinks. Staff all really friendly during check-in and left you to it after that, unless needed.

Lovely site. We went at a time which wasn't too busy which meant my 2 little children were able to run around a little more. Nice little play area next to the café which was nice, and the café had nice food at good prices. The showers and toilets were lovely and obviously we'll maintained. The site is in quiet area, but is still close to Romsey, and also Paulton's Park.

Lovely, semi-little campsite. Easy to get to, and friendly welcome. Not too big, but for children ages 11 + nothing really to do there. We used it as a base and went out into the New Forest. Very clean and tidy, which is always welcome.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Hill Farm. Our pitch was a good size and the toilet/shower facilities were excellent - clean and well maintained. The location is good for the New Forest, Winchester and getting to the coast. There were some quite noisy people on the site for our first couple of nights but I guess that is the luck of the draw. I would definitely recommend the site.
