Daleacres Experience Freedom Glamping is located in the Kent Downs AONB, just a ten minute drive to Hythe Beach. Guests can enjoy a stay in a cosy wooden yurt, each fully furnished with heating, comfy beds and outdoor areas for al fresco dining. There is an onsite play park and bike hire, with a pub just a 15 minute walk away too. Folkestone and Dover are within half an hour too with ferries across to France!

My husband, son (11) and I stayed here for a short break and we really wish we could have stayed longer. It's really easy to find, and close to beaches and towns, and yet feels like you are out in the middle of nowhere. It's so peaceful and quiet. The check in system was easy to navigate and the people on reception were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our wooden yurt was lovely inside and out, and had everything we needed for our stay, including a microwave, toaster, kettle and BBQ equipment. The only criticism we had was that the bed was very hard and so was the sofa bed. We ended up using our inflatable bed instead and loading up the double bed with duvets to make it softer. Apart from that, everything was perfect and we would definitely choose to return to the site. Also be aware that yurts have a 'open' roof, so when the sun comes up, it's light and bright inside. Fine if you're happy to get up at dawn or can sleep wearing an eye mask (provided). The toilet block looks far away from the yurts on the site map, but it was really close. It was kept scrupulously clean and there were always facilities available. Everyone was friendly and everyone respected the site rules. Dymchurch beach is lovely and a short drive away, and Hythe is a pleasant town to explore, with supermarkets and fab fish and chip shops. Port Lympne is also a very short drive away and a day at the safari park is well worth the money. Highly recommended for a family or couples break.

We had such a lovely stay at Daleacres and can't recommend it enough! The yurt was gorgeous and very well equipped, the facilities were extremely clean & the staff were so friendly & welcoming. The location was so peaceful & we really enjoyed the fact that the children could play just outside without worrying about anything. We can't wait to come back!

Stayed with my niece. Was a lovely site and quiet. Had tents, yurts and allowed campers and caravans. I would stay again with children or just adults. The complimentary fire kit at the yurts was a nice touch. Great for a traditional camping trip.

I took my two young boys (5 & 8) away by myself for the first time. We stayed in a wooden yurt, well equipped, clean and liked having a fence around. The boys made friends with others in the camp and were very happy playing in the field behind the yurt. Everyone was very friendly, some nice touches such as a BBQ and box of logs for the first night, also sleep masks. All facilities were very clean and well looked after, would definitely visit again .

Had an amazing weekend at this park. Very clean facilities, accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Lovely at night with the chimney going, especially with the box of logs and fire lighters supplied. Thank you very much, we will be back again.
