Clear filters Pigeons Motorhome - Large Electric Hardstanding Pitch (Up To 8m) Jul 2025 Pitch was ok. I misread and thought it would be fully serviced so £66 pound for two nights is a little much, even with electric included. Toilets and showers were nice and clean.
We were greeted by the owner and told where everything is etc. Friendly chap. Now if you like to hear pigeons nonstop, then this place is for you. If you like pigeons on top of your roof nearly all night and early morning then this place is for you. This was for two nights. Sleep didn't happen for us.
I don't know if any of the other visitors had the same problem and it was just us. Everything else was okay but that. I'm so sorry.

Don't forget the two dogs were free, the wifi was free and as you mentioned the electric was included, which enabled you to run your air conditioning without extra charge.

Motorhome - Large Electric Hardstanding Pitch (Up To 8m) May 2025 Had a lovely 2 night stay with Mrs and the mutt over bank holiday weekend.
John the owner was very helpful and introduced himself as soon as we pulled up, site was very well set out and shower and toilet block spotless. Top of the site had a little dog walking area overlooking fields and farms etc. Tried both pubs for food both served nice food, and the chippy was nice Saturday afternoon tea time.
It was a very relaxing 2 days and all the on site residents, campers, were very sociable and nice polite people. Will definitely go back later in the year for a long weekend break, it was nice to see John and Tracy checking amenities in a morning and having the time while passing your plot, and if you were sat outside which I was most the time with the dog, to have a quick chat and see if everything was ok and if you needing anything.
Well worth giving it try if you need a relaxing break, great clean well kept site highly recommend it if you want peace and relaxation. Well done to John and Tracy and we will definitely be back later in the year. Wayne Linda and Zeus.

Superb site
VW-Type Campervan - Large Electric Hardstanding Pitch (Up To 8m) May 2025 Our first trip away in our VW Transporter and we couldn't have found a better site.
The facilities were spotless with plenty of hot water both for showering and washing up. The site was quiet and so well kept with lovely friendly hosts. Cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking for a quiet, clean, secluded site close to both Skegness (great fish and chips at Hussey's) or the quieter area around Gibraltar Point.
It was everything we wanted! Thank you!

Nice and relaxing stay over Easter
Trailer Tent - Large Electric Hardstanding Pitch (Up To 8m) Apr 2025 It's a really clean and well-kept, peaceful site. We were greeted by the owner who gave us all the info we needed.
The little dog enclosure at the end of the site made our life easy, with 2 dogs who live to play off their lead. Roads leading up site are a little bumpy.

Peaceful site, good for visiting the East Lincs Coast
Motorhome - Large Electric Hardstanding Pitch (Up To 8m) Nov 2024 This was our first visit to the privately owned, approximately 40 pitch site, and we had excellent communication beforehand.
We were welcomed by the very pleasant owner, who obviously cares for this well kept site. The entrance is slightly narrow and accessed from a fenland road that is badly maintained by the local council where you just need to keep your speed down. The owners do warn you of this in the welcome email.
The site was lovely and peaceful, the quiet only being broken by the sound of migrating geese, which were wonderful to see flying overhead. The pitch was gravel standing with the awning needing pitching on grass, and all being very well maintained.
The shower block was always very clean and well maintained, but only has 2 showers and 2/3 toilets on each side, so you may have to chose your ablution time carefully when busy. It was nice to have piped radio in the blocks, and despite the cool autumn weather the block was warm. There is a dish washing facility and a small enclosed dog exercise area on site. The motorhome service point near the toilet block is wholly adequate.
A nice site which we will use again, and ideal for the East coast area around Skegness which is only 20 minutes away. Boston being about 15 minutes away and access to many local amenities and sights.

Relaxing trip
Motorhome - Large Electric Hardstanding Pitch (Up To 8m) Aug 2024 Site was exceptionally clean, owner very approachable and helpful. Ideal for those wishing a quiet relaxing time.
Only downside was the state of the road to the site, which is totally out of the control of the owners.

Little break to recharge our batteries
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitch (Up To 6.5m) Aug 2024 Very lovely, little place that meets all your basic needs. Quiet, rural site with a very pretty range of trees, bushes and plants.
Very much off the beaten track, which might not suit everyone, but we didn't mind. Owners were very lovely and site maintenance was perfect.

Just fabulous
Single Axle Caravan - Large Electric Hardstanding Pitch (Up To 8m) Jun 2024 Just great. Fabulous proprietors.
Very helpful and accommodating. Lovely and quiet and we asked yo ne moved to a less sunny pitch and we were put on pitch 37, which was just lovely. Very poor road on approach to the site, in fact, I felt it was quite dangerous in places, please take care, we were warned of this on the site info before hand. Such a shame, as it let the site down and for this reason wouldn't return.
We loved the site itself and the lovely owners made our stay, and would like to thank them for everything xx

Peaceful adult only site
Motorhome - Large Electric Hardstanding Pitch (Up To 8m) May 2024 A beautiful quiet spot surrounded by countryside. Toilets and showers were spotlessly clean. We would definitely return to this site if we were in the area again.
