This is an ideal Lincolnshire coastline setting, conveniently situated between the holiday centres of Skegness and Ingoldmells. Pitch up at one of 36 luxury hardstanding bays with independent water and electric supplies. Sorry, the park can only accept caravans and motorhomes. Dogs welcome.

Skegness town centre is about 3 miles to the south and is easy to reach by public transport.

Site rules and policies
• All visitors must report to reception in the bungalow.
• No commercial vehicles on site.
• No children under 14 allowed in the shower block without adult supervision.
• All dogs to be kept on a lead and any mess to be picked up immediately.
• No ball games or loud music.
• No washing of cars or units.
• No parking or driving on the grass during wet weather. A 5mph speed limit applies on site.
• All tourers must leave by 11am on day of departure.
• No pots etc. to be washed in the shower block.
• No chemical waste to be emptied in the shower block. Please use the chemical waste disposal point.
Your enjoyment and safety is the top priority and so all feedback is greatly appreciated.
Things to do on site and in the Skegness area
Ingoldmells is a tempting resort by the pretty Lincolnshire Coast, just 3 miles north from the resort of Skegness. Both offer beautiful beaches and great night life,plus some proper seaside rides that will get you heart racing.
The first Butlins holiday camp is located in Ingoldmells and the famous Fantasy Island is not to be missed.
