Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Touring Caravan Pitches Jul 2025 We stayed for 3 nights in our tourer and had a great time. Good club house with good entertainment, however based on our experience the quality of the food wasn’t great. The site is within walking distance to the centre of Skegness and a longer walk to Ingoldmells, but only a minute or two by car for both.
The touring site itself was good but the toilet and shower facilities looked tired and could do with an upgrade, it is the only block to cater for the while touring side of the park .and whilst it is big it could stronger the site is at capacity.
Large on-site shop, but also a co-op, a large Asda Garage and chippy up the road so you’re well catered for if you want go elsewhere for your drinks and snacks.
We’d definitely return, as it’s a great spot for taking in a long weekend on the coast

Twin Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Touring Pitches Jul 2025 Good location to beach and shops bus service every 10 mins to Skegness and Ingoldmills.
Spar on site good and pub has great beer but food wasn't good only ate there once.
Staff were all really nice and friendly.

Motorhome - All Weather Fully Serviced Hardstanding Touring Pitches Jun 2025 Great weekend away, first time in a motor home! It would be better to be informed about the £20 deposit for the electronic card before you arrive, as I didn't know. You get the deposit back on checking out.
The pitches were good, and toilet/shower blocks were clean. Pitch and putt inn was good, great bar with entertainment too, and lots of seating outside. Small arcade attached to the bar, and a good spar shop on site.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Jun 2025 Great site bus stop outside gate, giving you good access to local attractions, friendly staff.
One small niggle - gent's shower/toilet block, considering the site wasn't busy, was not very clean, even though cleaner was in twice per day. Soon after he left, there where puddles in front of the gents' facility. Either it was leaking or some users had a very bad aim.

Good location just a short walk to the beach, the main downside is the shower block, in need of a refurb. The other is you need key cards to enter the facilities, which upon arrival, the one we were given didn't work the barrier to access the site, although the young man who came to check us in did a good job to help get us sorted.
Overall, would stay again.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly.
Would recommend the site and will return.
