Gorsey Meadow is a small, peaceful and charming bell tent glamping site in Norfolk. Campfires are welcome and there's a tennis court on site for active types.

About Gorsey Meadow

Gorsey Meadow has five fabulous and fully kitted out bell tents in a beautiful meadow in Norfolk. Surrounded by oak trees, holly woods and an abundance of nature, the site is perfect for private bookings of family and friends or hen parties looking for an outdoor adventure. There are fire pits, tree swings and plenty of space for outside games.

The site is open from the end of April until the end of September, weather permitting.

Facilities and amenities

This off grid meadow offers basic but immaculately clean facilities - hot showers in a shed, a flushing loo and an eco loo, an honesty shop with essentials and a shed with tourist leaflets, wine glasses to borrow, balls etc. Two fire pits are provided with a wheel barrow to collect wood from a big wood pile in the meadow. There is also a tennis court on the estate available to hire. Next door is a day fishing lake.

Site rules and policies

We try not to have too many rules!

No smoking, candles or alcohol inside the tents or in the doorway of the tents.

Acoustic music only. No music, singing or loud noise after 10pm.

Rubbish is to be placed in the appropriate bins to allow for recycling.

Things to do on site and in the Dereham area

Often campers make their own activities in the meadow with space for rounders, football, and frisbee. You'll love the woods for exploring and make dens in, tree swings and the onsite tennis court available to hire.
