Located in the peaceful and picturesque Norfolk village of Denver near Downham Market, the four AA pennant Lakeside site is popular for its friendly approach and five fishing lakes. 100 grass pitches with metered electric are available for tent campers, caravans, motorhomes and 5th wheelers. Seasonal pitches available

Facilities include well maintained showers (coin operated) and toilets, laundry with washing machine and tumble drier, hair salon, children's play area. An on-site shop supplies everyday basics, as well as accessories, bait and gas. Secure caravan storage is also available.

Site rules and policies
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
Children must be supervised at all times, when fishing.
Barbless hooks only. Unhooking mats must be used at all times.
Fishing is dawn until dusk only, no night fishing.
Barbecues are allowed but please raise them off the ground so you don't burn the grass.
Camp fires are not allowed.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Please abide by the speed limit.
Things to do on site and in the Downham Market area
The site's five lakes offer dawn-to-dusk fishing, with carp, tench, bream, roach and rudd, as well as freshwater barbel.
There are some nice country walks available from Denver village, while the market town of Downham Market is only 1.5 miles away with further shops, restaurants, and leisure centre.
The market towns of Kings Lynn, Swaffham, Ely and Thetford are also close by, as is the Queen's Estate at Sandringham, Hunstanton and the Norfolk coast.
