About the site
The park is situated in the peaceful and rural village of Belton, an ideal base for touring Norfolk. You'll find yourself in easy reach of the beautiful Norfolk Broads and the county's great sandy beaches. Buses to Great Yarmouth, Gorleston and on to Norwich also go every half hour!
The site offers 20 non electric grass pitches, set in an open plan space with views over the surrounding fields. Here, pitches are unmarked, tents, trailer tents, caravans and campervans with up to six people.
For tents, trailer tents, caravans, motorhomes, campervans and RVs there are also 28 electric grass pitches on offer. These pitches measure a spacious 8m x 8m, each with a 16 amp hook up and allowing up to six guests.
After a long day of exploring, evenings can be spent cooking up dinner over the BBQ or toasting marshmallows on the fire pit. Bricks are also provided to ensure they are raised from the ground to prevent damage to the grass.
Four-legged friends are also welcome with up to two well behaved dogs per pitch. There is also an onsite dog walk for them to stretch their legs!
The site also has 12 seasonal pitches available.

Twin Axle Caravan - Electric Grass PitchesMay 2025
Lovely peaceful site.
Clean toilet and shower facilities, could do with an extra block of toilets and showers.
Owners very friendly and accommodating.
Site's response
Thank you for taking time to leave a review, extra toilet block and shower is under construction up on the non electric pitches.
Should be up and running for spring bank holiday, should take pressure off the main toilet block.
Very nice

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass PitchesApr 2025
We were greeted by a very friendly lady who showed us to our pitch.
The site was clean and well kept. The toilet block was clean and spacious. Didn't use the shower so can't comment on that but looked good.
The site was quiet and very handy for the beautiful beach at Gorleston.
We'll definitely return here.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass PitchesApr 2025
This was my first campervan experience so I didn't know what to expect and I chose it partly because it only cost me £20 a night which I thought was great value.
There is outside washing up stations, the shower blocks are really clean and they had hot water. The site was really quiet during the night and the people who run it seemed nice too. There's nothing to not like about the site really. It's very clean and tidy. There is a bus in the village that will take you into Gt Yarmouth and Norwich and there is a Tesco Express and a takeaway just a 5 minute walk from the site entrance.
Other than that, you probably need a vehicle to get anywhere else. Would I go back? Yes I would.
