Clear filters Beautiful, quiet, family-friendly campsite
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 We loved camping here, our first time camping with a toddler and Sal was incredibly accommodating lending us chairs and other things that we forgot/couldn't fit in the car. The site was clean, friendly and in a great location. We loved it.

Lovely site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Lovely site, nice and quiet. Facilities were really clean.
Owner, Sal, is very welcoming, we received a message the day before to tell us which pitch we had been allocated and Sal came to met us once we had settled in. Site is great as a base location.

Very clean site, lovely host and excellent location
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Had a lovely stay here. Sal was so welcoming and the facilities were the cleanest we've ever stayed at. In an excellent location, just outside Blakeney for days at the coast and inland exploring too.
This is a nice, small site and considering this was a weekend in the school holidays, the other campers were very quiet. Thank you Sal for a lovely weekend!

Lovely quiet campsite
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 This was our 4th holiday to this campsite. The owner Sal is so welcoming, it's a lovely quiet campsite and the toilet and shower facilities are always very clean. Perfect campsite for families with young kids.

Lovely campsite
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Lovely, clean campsite, pitch sizes are good.
Not really near too much, so had to drive everywhere. Near to the RAF base, so was kept awake by planes training. Although not the owners fault, was a little frustrating at times. Only 1 toilet and a family toilet, which was a downside for us, although these were kept clean throughout the day.
Owners came over to say hi and bye, which was a lovely touch. Can not fault the site for the price.

The campsite is a mile from Blakeney, which is a beautiful village. Sorry you didn't feel there was much to do around here.

A great stay, very clean and welcoming
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Sal has a great setup here, and is a great host. Ideal for families with younger children
We stayed for three nights, and booked here partly because of the 9:30pm quiet time as well as the location. As all other comments have shared, the toilets / showers were immaculate, and Sal was helpful and chatty, with suggestions of the local area and helping us get the most out of our camping trip.
The site is as described - simple, traditional camping, which worked great for being offline and playing with the kids in the large field. We played football and frisbee, and others were doing the same but there was plenty of space and we never got in each others way (both kids thought it was the best thing about the holiday, to have this space).
We ate at Blakeney House on Sunday dinner time, which did great roasts - higher end dining for £20-24 per roast.
The only point to note is the road along one side of the field, as cars tended to drive past quickly in the evening making noise, but by 10pm all was quiet along the country road, and we slept very well (with a bonus treat of an 8am start one morning as it was so quiet!).
We'd stay again, for sure!

Our second time and just as good!
Camping Pod - Camping Pod Jul 2024 Myself, friends and our children came for a couple of nights on my experience last year and was not disappointed.
Crabbing in Blakeney a 10 minute walk away, lively walks and great food places. It's so reasonably priced that you might expect compromise, but there is none. It's a small, quiet site and it's blooming marvellous.

Fabulous setting
Small Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 Lovely stay. Sal was very welcoming and the campsite was very clean and tidy and would definitely book again. Thank you Sal for a lovely few days. Great for kids to run around and good for families.

Amazing, as always
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 Love it here. Sal is amazing and it's in a great location, about 1 mile from Blakeney front. It's so quiet and with low light pollution, we got great views of the stars.
It is a great place to camp and good value for money. I will see you again next year, Sal!

Lovely little site
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 I would definitely visit this site again. The owner Sal is lovely and so attentive. The toilets and showers were spotless. The site is very tranquil despite a road running alongside it. The nearest beach is not really within walking distance but this wasn't a problem for us.

Quiet, clean site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 Warm welcome and sited promptly on level pitch. Lovely location, with the sea just about visible in the distance. Fabulous night sky.
Facilities 4 star rather than 5, due to variable shower pressure and water temperature at times.
We will happily return to this site.

Great site, relaxing stay
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 Great time. Only feedback would be a cover over the washing up area. Otherwise very nice relaxing campsite a mile from Blakeney which has playground, coffee shop and a quay.

Lovely week
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 My wife and I have just returned from a very enjoyable week at Galley Hill Farm, a small and quiet site set on a farm about a mile from Blakeney.
We received a very friendly welcome from Sal, the owner, who made us feel at home straight away. The toilet and shower facilities, which are both kept spotlessly clean, are only a few steps from your tent. Also, there is a free ice block service which comes in very useful if you are non electric.
This is a great location to go exploring Norfolk. We will definitely be returning.

Basic, but just what I was after
Small Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Arrived and was met by the owner. Very friendly.
Was about to pick my plot. Toilets and shower are pre-fab. External washing up facilities with a standpipe for fresh water. Great location. 1 mile walk to Blakeney and it's pubs and shop.
Woke up early to see a deer wondering around the site.

Great weekend
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Great pitch, with plenty of space for tent, windbreak, table, parasol and chairs. Weather very good. Down hill to Blakeney town centre with great views of the sea.
Nice town with many bars and restaurants and views of the harbour and sea. Lovely weekend plenty to see and do and looking forward to our return. Owner very friendly and runs site perfectly.

Rural retreat
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Gem of a campsite. Well located for day trips and handy for Blakeney. Good bus service from there to coastal resorts every 30 minutes. Sal was a very welcoming host.

Lovely, peaceful site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 The site is in a great position close to Blakeney. Well kept with very clean facilities. Sal was very friendly and helpful. The village has a nice pub, and handy Spar shop. We parked in free car park at the village hall and walked on the coastal path to Cley next the sea, another lovely spot, then caught the handy Coasthopper bus back. A lovely stay.
