A lovely, quiet campsite with good facilities.

Lovely, peaceful, eco site

Lovely site with a variety of accommodation types, from glamping to tents. We were in a van and had a great stay on hardstanding. Hot showers and clean loos in a shepherd's hut and a covered pot washing station with hot water. The site is really peaceful and chilled out. Nice and quiet at night. It's off grid so no hook-up.

2 nights stay

Five star site, beautifully created and together. Wish we were still there, we will definitely be back and recommending a stay there for friends. Thank you 🤩

Delightful site

Stunning setting, with a lovely vibe. Very quiet, if that's what you are looking for. Only disappointment was the cloud both nights of our stay. Would love to have seen the stars! Philip & Sarah have a gem of a site.

Lovely site, would recommend to anyone!

Brilliant campsite - ideal as a quiet spot for couples, families or small groups of friends. Owners were very helpful and friendly, the facilities are clean and modern, and the site itself is very beautiful and idyllic. My only suggestion to improve from a 4.99 to a 5 star would be more kindling with the firewood. Novices like me struggle with such a small amount! (I appreciate this is most likely user error though).

Cracking stay

A lovely, well organised stay. Good information sent ahead of time. There was more equipment in the Stargazer bell tent than we expected, very comfortable bed too. Very clean toilets and shower facilities. The path on the nature trail was quite overgrown with thistle and nettles around the pond but a lovely little excursion nonetheless.

Great weekend, close to best of Northumbria

Lovely site and facilities, very friendly owners. Good location as long as you don’t mind hearing traffic from A1. Wasn’t a problem for us and the setting itself very peaceful and pretty.

Amazing stay, all facilities were provided, the bell tent was one of the best I’ve stayed in and I would definitely love to come back.

Family friendly, cosy site

A lovely, well-kept small site. Very family-friendly. Did not meet the owners as they run a busy farm, but did get a text in response. The welcome hut was very useful. Shepherd's Hut toilet/shower block was lovely (I have restricted mobility- it has three steps up but managed okay). Good washing up area. Lovely nature trail next to the site. Very convenient to local days out. Good fish & chips at no. 10 in Morpeth; Northumberlandia is very close and Alnwick Castle is a short drive away. Suited our needs well.
