Our award-winning park is situated in the heart of the classic Oxfordshire village of Standlake, some 9 miles west of Oxford and a similar distance from the Cotswolds.

Lincoln Farm Park is set in 9 acres of beautifully landscaped Oxfordshire countryside, in the village of Standlake, a short drive from Oxford and the Cotswolds.

Winner of Best Campsite of the Year 2010 by the AA, the park offers an indoor leisure centre with two indoor heated pools, spa, sauna, steam room, solarium and fitness suite.

The site has 90 pitches in total, including 22 fully serviced and 16 tent camping pitches with electric hookup. Our selection of super pitches provide fresh running water, grey waste, and TV aerial connection for digital Freeview. We also have hard standing pitches suitable for motorhomes up to 38ft in length.

In addition to the five star toilet facilities, the site has a children's play area and dog walk. A short walk from the park are two village pubs.

The site is open from early February until early November.

Take Exit 8 and follow the A40 towards Oxford. At the roundabout by McDonalds, turn right staying on the A40 signed towards Cheltenham. Don't take the left turn signed for Standlake B4449 by the garage and cafe, but continue on the A40 to Witney and take the A415 signed to Abingdon. This road brings you into Standlake. Turn left immediately after the village garage and we are 300 yards on your right.


Take Exit 9 and follow A34 south for about 9 miles to Botley and take the exit onto A420, signed for Swindon. Follow A420 for 9 miles to a roundabout and turn right onto A415 signed to Witney. Pass over the River Thames and as you enter Standlake, slow down. The road curves right and you must turn right immediately after this curve and before the village garage. We are 300 yards on your right.


Take Exit 15, Swindon East, and follow signs for A420 Oxford. At the Kingston Bagpuize roundabout turn left onto A415 signed to Witney. Pass over the River Thames and then follow the M40 North directions above.


Take Exit 13 at Newbury and turn right onto A34 north towards Oxford. At Abingdon turn left onto A415 signed Witney. Continue on this road, pass over the River Thames and then follow the M40 North directions above.


Take A40 signed Oxford to Witney. Exit from the Witney by-pass onto the A415 signed to Abingdon. This road brings you into Standlake; turn left immediately after the village garage and we are 300 yards on your right.

Our two luxurious toilet facilities incorporate private washing cubicles, a parent and baby facility, a family bathroom including toilet, bath and baby bath, and disabled toilet facilitise. Also provided is a laundrette with washers, dryers and spinners. All facilities are built to five star hotel standards.
Our well equipped play-area for under 5s and 5 to 12 yrs includes multi-activity towers, swings and activity boards. A parent or guardian must accept responsibility for their children whilst using these facilities.
For campers, there is a tenters kitchen which shelters a microwave, washing-up area and tables.
We also have a shop located in our reception area which is stocked with convenience foods, sweets and a small range of camping accessories.
WiFi is available throughout the park.

Pitch prices range from £19.50 for standard pitch in low season, to £34.80 for full service in high season.
Prices include 2 adults and electric, there is no charge for awnings.
Extra charges apply for swimming pools, saunas, spa, gym and solarium.

1. The management retains the right to refuse admission to any persons and also to ask patrons to leave the site.

2. The barrier is for your security. Please do not give the barrier card to children, other campers, members in your group arriving later or visitors. Everyone must report to reception. No arrivals before 12:30.

3. Dogs must be kept on a lead and exercised along the dog walk, and must not be allowed to foul the park.

4. Speed limits and road directions must be strictly adhered to.

5. Clothes must be washed in the laundry, no washing lines are allowed. Please use window rails or the dryers in the laundrette.

6. Barbecues are permitted, though certain restrictions apply (please enquire). No camp fires.

7. No kite flying within the area of the park. No ball games allowed within the area of the park.

8. We advise that your caravan be fully insured as no responsibility can be accepted by this company for loss or damage whilst on this park.

9. We have a no noise policy after 11pm and before 7.30am.

10. Young children must be accompanied by an adult when using the washing and toilet facilities and must not be allowed to play around these facilities also the water and fire points.

11. No traffic movement between 11pm and 7am, as barrier in-operative during these times.

12. Due to fire regulation gazebos and other structures are no longer allowed. Please do not bring them with you as they will not be allowed.
