The secluded glamping lodge can sleep up to four, kitted out with a smart TV, WiFi, a kitchen and cosy beds. Just 30 minutes from Pitlochry and Tay Forest Park, spend days out exploring Scotland's stunning landscapes and evenings gathered around the fire pit or soaking in your wood-fired hot tub!
About Balmyle Coach House Lodge
Situated in rural Perthshire, this family friendly glamping pod is ideal for a countryside escape. Surrounded by untouched landscapes and glorious walking routes, the site is perfect for those wanting to spend their days walking, hiking or cycling. The luxury glamping pod can sleep up to four guests in a cosy double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. In the open-plan living area, you will also find a 32" smart TV, heating, a dining table and chairs, along with a kitchen with fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, utensils and crockery. For keeping everyone entertained, you will also have WiFi along with a selection of DVDs and card games. You will also have your own ensuite shower room, along with a towel and an iron. Outside of your pod, you will find a gravelled area with a table and chairs, benches and a BBQ/fire pit for some outdoor cooking. You will also have your own wood fired hot tub with added Hydro Massage System and LED lighting, perfect for evenings under the stars. Up to one small, well-behaved dog is welcome to join you for your stay too!

The lodge pod has its own ensuite facilities, wood-fired hot tub and access to the spacious garden in front of the accommodation. WiFi is also available.
For picking up the essentials, Kirkmichael Village Shop is a five minute drive away. The nearest place for food and drink is The Kirky Bar and Restaurant, also a five minute drive away.

Things to do on site and in the Blairgowrie area
If you are looking for stunning walking and cycling routes, you will be spoilt for choice. The Loch of the Lowes Visitor Centre and Wildlife Reserve is a 40 minute drive away where you can spot ospreys, red squirrels and beavers along the way.
Pitlochry Dam Visitor Centre is also only 30 minutes away. The magnificent structure has a range of exhibitions teaching you about hydro-electricity, along with salmon and sea trout breeding.
