Callander, the gateway to the Highlands, makes a great base for all your adventures. Find your perfect dog and family pitch nearby at Keltie Bridge Caravan Park as you explore the incredible Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. And with a set of well equipped pods, there's something to suit the glampers too!
This family run park is beside a river, in a quiet, scenic setting. Access couldn't be easier, thanks to excellent National Cycle Network routes and it's only 20 minutes from all the area's important motorway links - perfect for your tourer. If you are bringing a motorhome or caravan, there are a total of 67 electric grass or hardstanding pitches ready to welcome you. Set on level ground, they make a great base. Book in advance for Keltie Bridge's three fully serviced pitches, which include a hardstanding base and electric, waste and TV connections. There are even a limited number of tent camping pitches, with picnic benches and shelters provided for guests. A night in a pod is the perfect way to add some extra glam to your stay. Inside it's well insulated and comfy, plus there are those little luxuries like a TV and DVD player, small fridge, kettle and more. Just be sure to bring your bedding with you! One pod is pet friendly.
The site is open from April until October. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, shared facilities are closed for the season, so touring guests must arrive with their own self contained facilities. Tents and pod glampers are not currently accepted.

Looking like something out of a fantasy, the stunning waterfalls at Bracklinn Falls make a pretty and rewarding end to any walk. But then, you can hardly strike out with the national park's magical glens, sweeping hills and lochside rambles. You can fish, play a round of golf or sail around on tranquil river cruises, so there's something for everyone.
For somewhere heated and indoors to splash about in, head to McLaren Leisure Centre's impressive 20m pool, nice and close in Callander.
The little ones will be bowled over by The Hamilton Toy Museum and Collectors Shop and adults are likely to find their mouth's water at the thought of a tipple and a tour at the nearby Trossachs Distillery.
