We camped at Coldstream holiday park for 4 nights. Lovely, well looked after site in an ideal location. Facilities very clean, staff very attentive and welcoming. Will definitely revisit in the future and recommend. Thank you for having us!

Absolutely loved our stay. Site is in great location with fantastic walks by the river and into Coldstream, Site is very well maintained and clean, Toilet and showers are great with an indoor wash for dishes. Loads of water access locations. Dog friendly Great stay will definitely be back 👍🏼

Great little site with fabulous facilities. The toilet blocks were clean and warm, I had a great shower in the disabled shower, which it advises you to use if the other showers were full. A few of our party used the normal showers and said the pressure wasn't great but not the end of the world. There were water supplies located all round the site. The walk into Coldstream along the road took 10 minutes and along the river a little longer, but was a great walk. Loads of space for a game of frisbee and the main bonus is you are allowed a fire, which is what makes camping for us. You need levelling chooks for the hardstanding pitches, but it does say this on the website. All round a great break and we will definitely be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coldstream. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Toilets and facilities spotlessly clean. Beautiful walk just around the edge of the campsite with stunning views. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Great little site, with welcoming staff and good facilities. It's a short walk into Coldstream, with shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Plenty of walks all around Coldstream itself.

It's been an amazing stay, very pleased with the facilities. Caravan itself was very clean and cosy, very tidy. Hot tub was working great, we found everything that you may need for longer stay. We wish best luck to all team!

Great location and stopover for those heading north or returning south. 10 minutes walk into Coldstream either by footpath on the main road or via the riverside walk, which is great for dogs. Easy access to the beautiful River Tweed with paths going in both directions. Only negative for us was the toilet/showers. There were not enough to service a full, busy park, although they were clean enough.

Lovely site for some late summer sun during the nice September weather. Very friendly lady on the check in desk on arrival, who made me feel welcome. Quiet site of static caravans, pods, camping field and 14 hard standing plots for caravans and campervans. Spacious hard standing plots for campervans with water tap nearby. Clean toilet and shower - I didn't use the main block, just the single toilets and showers behind and they were spotless and cleaned regularly. Lovely 10-15 minute walk into Coldstream along the river. I would recommend this site.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Coldstream Holiday Park. The staff on reception were really friendly and helpful, the park was easy to navigate and the facilities were modern and clean. The park is ideally located, just 10 minute walk and you are in Coldstream where there are lots of food options and supermarkets open till 10pm. We will stay here again.

Lovely site, brilliant facilities with everything you need and more. Only criticism would be the shower itself. Shower blocks are always clean and tidy, but the strength and heat of the water itself leaves you with a cold meek shower to start your day.

Well maintained campsite with great field for kids to play in, in full view of our tent. Not enough shower and toilet facilities for the size in my opinion. We went in off peak and had to queue for the toilet so I'd hate to think what that would be like in summer. Pot wash area could do with a freezer for freezer blocks for cool boxes and a couple of sockets.

We are pleased to state that we do provide more than the suggested number of loos and showers by Visit Scotland with an extra block behind the amenities for overflow and we do have plans to improve further. Our pot wash area is in the process of having microwaves and fridge freezers added. Thank you for your suggestions.

We used this site as a stop over enroute home from Mull to Nottinghamshire, bonus was it was close to family who live in the area. It is a new site and we were keen to check it out before using more often when visitng family. Lovely hardstanding pitch overlooking the Tweed- I believe the fog was too thick to see the river :) Friendly staff who were informative about site and local area Only concern was the size of the shower facilites, were really tight for one wouldn't want to be sharing with children. Toliet and shower area were very clean, but being out of high season I anticipate usage being minimal compared to the height of the summer. Saying that we will look to book again for long weekends in the border counties

Lovely location for a new campsite. Large pitch, plenty of space between tents. However, toilet block far too small for size of site; perhaps this will be expanded? Looks like there's still work underway on other side of park? Also, needs more regular maintenance given numbers using the facilities. No loo roll in 'ladies' early Saturday morning, not ideal! 'Campers' kitchen' is also just a room with sinks in it; have been to some lovely places with some handy extras, like a toaster etc. Thought there might be a play park on site? Hopefully also part of the plans? Seems to me this park is a work in progress at the moment!

Thank you for your review and we are so pleased that you enjoyed our lovely location. We do have more development phases due over the next couple of winters to include another amenity unit with showers/loos, a playpark and further accommodations. We don't have any plans to add anything to our campers pot wash facility at present. Our loos etc are checked, cleaned and topped up at least twice a day so I am very sorry to hear that you had an issue regarding loo roll.

We had a lovely stay at Coldstream Holiday Park. Suitable sized tent pitch, with clean washing facilities. The warden on site was amazing, and very friendly, ensuring we had all that we needed. Gorgeous views too!

My family really enjoyed the stay. The facilities area is well located and easily accessible on the site. Staff are really helpful and the facilities are well looked after. The site has great walks and adventures for the kids, and isn't far from the local village and Kelso for the park and restaurants, which is ideal. Will definitely be back!

Unfortunately (but not unsurprisingly) the weather took a turn for the worse and I curtailed my stay by one night. The park is spotless and very well laid out. I had an issue with my power lead and a very helpful onsite maintenance gentleman re-wired it for me and fixed it!
