Set in a quiet location on the border between England and Wales and named after a herd of cows, Willenhall Way is the perfect spot for visiting the countryside. This family run and family friendly campsite has spacious non electric grass pitches for tourers and campers to choose between. Unwind in the countryside whilst the kids play in the kid's play area, with swings and hideaway dens.

This campsite is quiet, relaxing and extremely welcoming. There is plenty of space for children to play and there's also a lovely play area with items to encourage imaginative play. The facilities were spotless and warm - even my children had a shower! The ice cream on site was a lovely bonus. The site felt very safe for our family. It was our first time camping and we were made to feel very welcome. Other campers we're really friendly and ready to help. Ellesmere was a lovely trip out with kids. Would recommend.

I'm a novice campervan owner and had my first proper stay in my new van at Willenhall last week, accompanied by two of my more seasoned friends :-) The site is just fabulous. Spacious, extremely well kept, plenty of room, and the facilities were brand new and spotless. According to my friends I've been totally spoilt and nowhere else will match up! We had the pleasure of meeting Lin (owner/host) in the morning and she couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming. Our only regret is that we couldn't hang around longer for the ice cream she mentioned ;-) We had a very nice evening meal in the local pub which was about 15 -20 mins stroll down the road. Lovely beer garden too if the weather is nice. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Lin and Rog.

The hosts were so friendly and lovely. The toilets were spotless (and I mean spotless!) The shower was wicked, I really didn't want to get out of it. There was loads of room in the toilet and shower cubicles. I would definitely go back there again.

Easy access from road with warm welcome. Pitches are a very good size and with a generous gap between pitches. Toilet facilities are clean and very new with abundant hot water. Quiet site with a good variety of walks from the campsite. Will be back.

I would definitely recommend this tranquil campsite for anyone who is looking for a bit of peace and quiet. The campsite is very spacious with amazing facilities. It was very peaceful and quiet with views of the countryside in every direction. There are plenty of walks in the surrounding areas to explore. The shop on the campsite sell the best ice-cream and baked Alaska I've tasted. I will definitely return for more of the same.

This is the best farm camp we've stayed on. Beautifully clean facilities and lovely spot to camp. Lots of interesting walks of varying lengths from the camp. Very friendly and accommodating owners. Great children's play area.

A lovely spacious site. We only had a short stay but while we were there we were made to feel extremely welcome by the owners Roger and Linda who never stopped working the whole time. Location is spot on and is so peaceful. We were on the beautiful Mere lake within ten minutes drive. We are now looking to book a family stay for a caravan, campervan and a tent.

We chose this site as a base for attending the Shrewsbury Steam Rally and in order to visit Oswestry, Chirk Castle and Erddig. We managed to achieve all of this and to have some peaceful downtime as well. The site is well laid out with modern and clean toilet/shower facilities which, even when busy, are kept immaculately. The layout is spacious with plenty of space for children to play without being on top of other guests and there was also an interesting play area being well used by smaller folk. A major bonus was having the drinking water tap at the side of the hard standing meaning it was easy to replenish supplies (unlike on many other sites). In terms of accessibility, the site is well placed alongside the A495 and we had no issues with the journeys to/from the site. Ellesmere village is only about ten minutes away by car and offers supermarkets, shops and fuel supplies. The proprietors were very welcoming and helpful. We do intend to visit again soon.

We only stayed for one night and the facilities were spotless. Lyn the owner was very helpful, I had a bolt go on my steps on the motorhome and it was no trouble at all to help. Would definitely go again and would definitely recommend, thank you.

What a fantastic few days we have had on this campsite, great facilities with immaculate showers and toilets with extra large pitches in beautiful surroundings with very welcoming owners. I must not forget the lovely ice cream too! This is the owner's first season, I know they have plan to add a shop which I'm sure will be fab. Well done. We wish you every success and we shall definitely be back soon.

Lin was very helpful and the facilities are spotless! The park is near enough to Oswestry and where the park is situated it is easy to get to places. Security is good with a gate for entrance that is coded. It is well worth a visit for some peace and quiet.

Welcomed by the host when we arrived, who showed us the facilities which were new and clean. We were spoilt for choice for pitches, with plenty of space between. Nice little play park for the kids to play on, always handy.

Clean well laid out campsite in rural Shropshire. Plenty of routes for quiet walks and the canal is not too far away.
