The shepherd's hut for two is located on the grounds of Periton House, with a cosy double bed and a wood fired hot tub in your private garden, it is an ideal romantic and relaxing escape where you can enjoy treatments such as an aromatherapy massage.

About Exmoor Wellbeing Centre
If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with privacy, then this shepherd's hut could be the ideal choice for you. This adult only escape is located in the grounds of a wellness centre and just five minutes from the Somerset coast, a great location for those wanting to unwind and see the beautiful sites of this stunning county. Inside the shepherd's hut you will find a cosy double bed in the centre with views out over the neighbouring fields, a wonderful spot for wildlife watching. It is also equipped with under bed storage, a wardrobe, TV and an ensuite shower room with a heated towel rail, keeping you nice and warm after your morning shower. There is also a kitchen area which has a double hob, a fridge with an ice box, a butler's sink and a fold out table area for food prep or storage. To keep you warm you will find a log burner and underfloor heating, great during the winter months. Outside you will also have your own private garden, an idyllic spot for your morning coffee. Here you will find a table and chairs, BBQ, chimenea and a wood fired hot tub! Fires are allowed in the chimenea and there is a BBQ provided. Sorry dogs are not allowed.

Facilities for the shepherd's hut include your own ensuite, gated outdoor area and hot tub. There is also the onsite wellbeing centre for therapies and classes.
The nearest shop to site is Corner House Stores, a ten minute walk away. The closest pubs are in Minehead, a five minute drive away, including The Quay Inn and The Hairy Dog.

If you're looking to feel zen, look no further than the onsite well being centre. With everything from yoga classes to massages and sound therapy, there is plenty to choose from.
The site is also just five minutes from the Somerset coast, perfect for days out at the beach. Minehead (5 minutes) has beautiful sandy shores and blue waters, great for a day of swimming or soaking in the summer sun.
Other nearby beaches include Blue Anchor Beach (10 minutes), Porlock Beach (15 minutes) and Kilve Beach (30 minutes).
