In a former orchard and near the top of Chichester Harbour, Chichester Camping and Caravanning Club Site offers numerous attractions for all the family, including the beaches of the South Coast and the pretty villages of Sussex and Hampshire.
This is a small and friendly site, which welcomes members and non members. It has the major advantage of being less than a half hour from Hayling Island and in reach of great beaches at places like East Head, plus only a short stroll from the sea. There are a great range of grass and hardstanding pitches to book, all with electric hook-ups.

The Sussex Coast Path passes close by the site, and everyone will enjoy a visit to the seaside village of Emsworth, which has a great selection of unique shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways.
The city of Chichester, a few miles to the east, has a Norman cathedral as well as the Roman Palace and Gardens at Fishbourne. The Pallant House Art Gallery is also worth a visit and the city also contains a variety of shopping options, with designer label boutiques, stylish restaurants, organic cafés and gastro pubs. There is even a farmers' market held twice per month.
Further south you'll find a dramatic, unspoilt sandy beach at West Wittering, while Portsmouth offers more attractions including Spinnaker Tower, Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard.
