About the site
A simple family friendly base on the Anglesey Coastal Path, which can be accessed straight from the site via a path by the Afon Alaw estuary.. Drive just ten minutes to Holyhead for a browse around its shops and eateries, or even hop on a ferry from Holyhead Ferry Terminal for a scenic trip. This members only site offers five grass and gravel (10m x 7m) hardstanding pitches with a 10 amp electric hook up, for caravans, motorhomes, campervans, roof tents, and RVs. Please note, there are no toilets or showers, so guests will need to bring their own facilities. A five minute stroll takes you into Llanfachraeth, where you can enjoy a hearty meal at the Gwesty Holland Hotel or stock up on essentials from the local Premier corner shop. With the A5025 nearby, you'll have easy access to both the north and south coasts, as well as the A55 for exploring further afield. For days out, Traeth Trearddur Beach, a golden sandy favourite, is only 15 minutes from the site, while Beaumaris and its famous castle are just 35 minutes away at the far end of the island. Dogs are welcome onsite, provided they are kept on their leads. Sorry, BBQs and fires are not permitted at this site.
