Midfield Holiday and Residential Park is a spacious camping and touring park, ideally located just a ten minute drive from beaches such as Penparcau and Tan Y Bwlch. There are 60 pitches with electric hook up, 15 without, and a selection of seasonal holiday homes. Kids can play in the onsite playground whilst you relax watching the views over Cardigan Bay.

About Midfield Holiday and Residential Park
This quiet, family friendly site is ideally situated just five minutes from both the town of Aberystwyth and the Ceredigion coast. A family run park in the West Wales countryside, this peaceful site is great for anyone looking for some much needed fresh air. The site has 75 pitches for touring caravans, tents and motorhomes, all with panoramic views across the countryside and coast. The pitches are a mixture of grass, hard standing and gravel with 60 electric hook ups across them. There are also seasonal pitches available for both touring caravans and static caravans. Just ten minutes from beaches and the Ceredigion Coast Path, it is a great location for those wanting to get away and relax. Fire pits and BBQs are not allowed. Dogs are welcome, just please keep them on a short lead.
Open from 1 April to 31 October
Facilities include an amenity block with toilets, showers, washbasins and a separate washroom for clothes and dishes. There is a washing machine and dryer which are both token operated. For children, there is a large climbing frame.
The nearest food shops are Co-op and Morrisons which are both a five minute drive away. The local pubs are Black Lion Aberystwyth and Starling Cloud which are also just a five minute drive from the site.

Site rules and policies
Check-in is between 2pm and 7pm. Check out is by 12 noon on the day of your departure.
Open fires and ground level barbeques are not permitted. The use of generators is not permitted.
Dogs are allowed but there are rules. Do not allow your dog to onto the children's fenced play area. Keep the dog on a short lead on the park at all times. Use the designated exercise area. Clean up after your dog. Your dog must not be left unattended at any time - or allowed to bark.
The use of the children's play area's is restricted to children aged 3 - 15 .
The play are is allowed to be used between 8am-10pm, or dusk whichever is earlier
Quiet hours are from 11pm until 7am.
The speed limit on the park is 10 mph.
No recreational vehicles can be used on the park. This includes motorised scooters.
Only one car/vehicle can be parked next to the pitch. All other vehicles including trailers and boats must be parked in the main parking area, unless given express permission by Park Owner
Any caravan, campervan or motorhome must be parked at a right angle to the road
Static caravans are not allowed to be sub-let, but family and friends are very welcome.
Things to do on site and in the Aberystwyth area
Being located just five minutes from the sea, this location is ideal for days relaxing on the beach or exploring the coastal walks. Tan Y Bwlch Beach (five minutes) is within walking distance of the site and is a lovely spot for a swim.
You can also head into Aberystwyth (five minutes) and enjoy a day on the sandy beach and strolling along the promenade. You can even head to Aberystwyth Marina and enjoy watching the boats come in with a bite to eat at one of the many local cafes or restaurants.
Find the Vale of Rheidol Railway only five minutes away from the site and enjoy a steam train journey through the picturesque Welsh countryside.
For a fun family day out, visit Fantasy Farm Park (20 minutes) where you find farm animals, crazy golf, pedal boats and much more.
