No visit to Conwy would be complete without a trip to see its 13th century castle towering over the bay. Just a short walk from here, golfers can enjoy a fun round of golf and picturesque surroundings at the Conwy Golf Club.

Alternatively, spend the day trekking Conwy Mountain. Soak up the incredible views over the estuary and spot the castle in the distance. From Sychnant Pass, a circular walk will take you to sweeping views at the top.
Cross over the Conwy Suspension Bridge and take the kids to Llandudno Junction Leisure Centre. Fully equipped with an indoor soft play area as well as a climbing wall, this leisure centre also runs a number of activities for youngsters during the school summer holidays.
A short stroll from the leisure centre will take you to Conwy Nature Reserve, home to an abundance of wildlife. Nature lovers can find a picnic spot by the lagoons whilst spotting the variety of birdlife here.
The Conwy Treasure Trail provides a fun, family friendly way of seeing the sights in Conwy. Get your treasure map and find the clues located in the town from the old harbour to the castle. The trail is approximately 2.5 miles and can be completed at your own pace.
Blink and you’ll miss one of the town’s quirkier attractions, the Smallest House in Great Britain. Look inside and soak up the local history of this tiny red house dating back to the 16th century.
Visitors who have come here for the town’s culture can admire the art galleries exhibited at the Royal Cambrian Academy of Art as well as the Harbour Gallery.
When you’re not in Conwy, you’ll also find a number of popular activities just outside the town including the huge variety of animals at Welsh Mountain Zoo, the Great Orme Copper Mines and the famous Bodnant Garden.
