Just half an hour from the North Wales coast and idyllic Clwydian Range is right on the doorstep.

About Fron Farm Country Holiday Park
Surrounded by a breath taking backdrop of Wales' rolling hills, this family run farm is perfect for exploring the countryside. Lovely scenic walks nearby with access to Coed Y Felin nature reserve and just 10 minutes to the market town of Mold. The flat grass pitches are perfect to peg down your tent. All without electric and can accommodate up to a 6 man tent, or you can pitch two tents next to each other. There are flat grass pitches for tents and tourers alike, offering electric hook up - you just need to bring a 20m cable. Fully serviced pitches are available for tourers, with electric, water and grey waste. Each pitch is made from flat pea gravel with grass surroundings. For something a little cosier why not stay in the Swift pod. Ideal for two adults and a child with a king sized bed and a single camp bed. Fully furnished interior with an equipped kitchen and two outdoor seating areas with a BBQ and a Chiminea. Seasonal pitches are also available. The site is also a great place for Duke of Edinburgh groups with the Clwydian Range a great area for expeditions. Fire pits and BBQs are allowed but they must be raised off the ground. Dogs are welcome.
Open from 1 April to 31 October
Onsite facilities include two toilet and shower blocks, disabled facilities, a baby changing area and a coin operated washer and dryer. There are also two children's play areas and WiFi is complimentary and is available throughout the site but strength cannot be guaranteed.
The reception area is home to a well stocked shop for essentials and also serves a variety of food and drink.
A 10 minute drive takes you into the town of Mold, here you can find all major shops including a Tesco and plenty of eating places.

Gravel 5.5m x 7.5m hardstanding pitches with water, electric and grey waste. Suitable for campervans, caravans and motorhomes. Do note a 10m cable is required for electric.

Things to do on site and in the Mold area
The site is large and spacious with plenty of fields to explore and play a variety of games. There are also friendly farm animals waiting to meet you, with donkeys and goats beside the park.
Venture out from site on one of the many walks nearby. Coed y Felin Nature Reserve is just a five minute walk from the site and provides a great circular walk. Head in the car for just 10 minutes and explore the Clywdian Range, offering lovely scenery of North Wales' mountains.
Talacre Beach is just half an hour drive away for those days you just want to sit and relax on the coast. Beautiful sandy beaches and sand dunes await.
