Great communication with site owners due to late arrival. Useful instructions prior. Arrived at dark and the pod was labelled to welcome us and lit for ease of access. Bed was made, which was greatly appreciated after our commute and wanting to settle the children. Cosy and warm on arrival too. Ample amenities. Lovely lake view which you can enjoy from bed with a cuppa. Lovely local hikes, views, kite feeding and villages nearby. Thank you.

Where do I start? We were greeted on arrival by Emma and her beautiful smile. Her warmth left us immediately at ease, her directions were perfect. The pod was amazing, it was warm, immaculately clean and very inviting. The view was astonishing from the front porch and the only sound was the stream nearby. It was perfect, just what we were looking for. Emma popped in with some walking leaflets following our previous chat! There was a bucket of logs so we did the natural thing and got a fire pit going, it was the perfect end to a perfect start. The location was so quiet, and the perfectly equipped kitchen sorted us out with the gorgeous Welsh coffee made in the provided French press. Breakfast made, we started our trip walking. The whole weekend was perfect. I wish I had opted for the hot tub to be ignited but lesson learned for next time. I would be insane not to return here, it is idyllic, both in setting and the warmth of the hosts. Thank you Emma, Stephen had the best birthday weekend. We will be back for sure xx

Just returned from a wonderful weekend. The facilities are great, in the most beautiful location. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing break.

We had a perfect three night stay with our two dogs The pods are really well maintained and the cleanliness was second to none. They were warm and very comfortable. Probably the best pods my wife and I have stayed in so far, it's a big 👍 from us and we will definitely be returning in the future for another chill and reset!

We had a superb glamping experience in this lovely, cosy pod surrounded by beautiful nature. Emma, the owner, is a lovely lady and looking at the way she arranged everything, it was clear that she had a great passion for providing a unique experience to her guests. It was a memorable getaway, and we cannot wait to return to this place again.

A fantastic destination for a family getaway with 2 dogs. Beautiful scenery with great facilities. The pod was amazing and very clean. Andrew and Emma were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

This was our first time visiting Wales and it definitely will not be our last! We had a lovely time despite the weather. Emma and Andrew are very welcoming and nothing is too small to ask, always happy to help. Will certainly be coming back again soon!

Stunning location with amazing views. Beautiful pod, clean and tidy, comfortable with accessories. Every you need for lovely stay. Service was attentive and welcoming which was a nice touch.

Beautiful views and a lovely site, we will definitely return. We stayed for 2 nights, could have stayed more but the pod is fairly small for 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 12) and a dog! Would do 3/4 nights without the kids! The free kayaks and life jackets at the small lake really made our stay, the children were on the lake the whole time and had a ball. The views from the pod are breathtaking. There is a large field which can be used to give the dog a good run. Kids loved making the fire and we all loved the hot tub. Take lots of towels (shower/lake/hot tub). One note, if you have a dog who you don't let off the lead, there are no pavements on the narrow road leading to the site. We walked on the field and round the lake but it was very wet and the grass was long so shoes and trousers were soaked! Take extra everything if it's wet when you stay! Flip flops are a must. The George Foreman grill was a great addition for cheese toasties and sausages.

It certainly was a wet summer though and I hear what you say regarding the extra towels etc but never fear as the drying/ laundry room is nearly up and running, we just didn't make in time this year. Really lovely small and quiet farm in the Brecon Beacons. Everything you need for a dog friendly glamping holiday. Host was amazing and kids loved swimming and kayaking in the lake. Gorgeous setting. 10/10.

We were staying with our 2 young children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The children absolutely loved the outdoor space, they enjoyed the barn area which had the connect 4 and other activities. The cabin itself was immaculately clean. We are already planning our next visit! We want to say a huge thank you to Emma and her family for making our stay such a pleasant one. She always made herself available if we needed any assistance. Lovely family! Many thanks Emma.

We did a last minute half term booking here… Amazing! Everything was excellent- the host Emma is awesome and ever so friendly! We felt really welcomed, we were given a tour of the site and explained how everything works… Emma demonstrated how to kayak…We had no idea what we were doing!!! The hot tub was really well maintained and clean …The pod is clean and well equipped, it's spacious…We were given enough wood for the hot tub and fire pit… The site is really child friendly they have a shed at the bottom which has connect 5 and a dart board - it kept my 5 year old busy!!!!! The walk towards the river is really nice… Overall this site is really family friendly I cannot fault the site or the host! Thank you for everything <3

Very nice peaceful stay with an amazing view and lovely facilities. The hot tub was amazing and a great experience under the stars. The wood fired aspect was a first and very cool. Great welcome and very friendly. Hope to return here again soon. If you want a relaxed holiday break away from the hustle and bustle to recharge, this is highly recommended. Thoroughly enjoyable.

All I can say is our stay was fantastic. The lake was great for a swim and a SUP. Breath-taking scenery. Amenities and facilities were outstanding, and the hosts couldn't do enough for you (i.e. wood for the hot tub and fire pit). Even banners, balloons and cheese and cider for my husband's Birthday. Can't wait to return. Henry dawg loved it, and the stay was a complete recharge of the batteries.

We had the most amazing stay at Wigwams, the host Emily was really amazing and was there for us at all times with a positive attitude, she was happy all the time. We felt very welcome. She recommended activities for us to do and all of them were worth it. The pods are clean and beautiful, the views from the pod were so calming, the small lake and the river by the land was also wonderful.We had such a great time, we already cannot wait to book for next year. Totally recommend this place, especially for people who want to try something different.
