I have been to many, many campgrounds all over the U.K. and this one is very special. The grounds are lovely, the owners are lovely, the showers and toilets are lovely. This is a nice, peaceful, family oriented campground so, if you are a late night partier, this one is not for you! (please!) There is no shop on the grounds, which is not a problem as there are shops a 5 minute drive away and a small shop in the village (ten minute walk), where you can find eggs, bread, milk, and essentials. Lacock is such a nice historical village and Castle Combe is equally lovely to visit. Just the break I needed!

The site was within walking distance to Lacock and had great connectivity to footpaths My only reservation is regarding the hardstanding - if you're going to the trouble of creating hardstandings, it would be great to have them level and wider, so stepping onto hard ground.

This is a truly lovely campsite! We are a family of four (two adults and two small children) + two large dogs. The pitches are spacious, everything is very clean and well looked after. Very cosy and peaceful atmosphere. Lacock village just 10 mins walk, very convenient! I would definitely recommend this campsite x

A superb campsite for a quiet getaway. Each pitch has plenty of room, site is set out to provide plenty of privacy. Space for little ones to play away from each pitch, which is ideal when you need to get away from the rat race. Site very tidy, hedges cut, grass mowed. Facilities very clean, although perhaps need more showers when it is very busy. Lovely guy in charge who regularly comes round to check that everything is okay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very good location and friendly owner. The shower blocks were kept clean and tidy. I hate shower curtains and the cubicles were a bit on the small side but having said that, the water was warm and cubicles clean. I would be more than happy to stay again at this site.

Only stayed the one night, which was a shame as it was a very nice and clean campsite. Great dog walk for our dogs after our long journey. The toilet block, which we requested to be as near as possible and we where pitched right next door, which was a bonus due to my wife's disability, was clean and tidy. The owner came over to have a chat and what a wonderful gentleman he was to speak to. We will return but for a longer stay. Thoroughly recommend this campsite.

Very good park. Well laid out and the pitches were a nice distance apart. Toilet block was regularly cleaned and the owner came and checked everything was ok and that if we needed anything. Facilities excellent too. Would definitely recommend this site

We stayed for one night and wished we had more time there but stopped on our way home to break our journey. The site is well kept with clean toilet facilities, only a short walk into the village of Lacock, which is stunning. We will definitely be booking this campsite again.

Great place to stay, good showers & facilities. Only marred by one of my dogs being attacked on our morning walk by a dog that was off the lead.

A lovely, quiet and friendly site that is well maintained. The facilities are a little dated but kept clean. We stayed with friends for 4 nights and had a great time and Peter made it extra special with his daily visits! We will be back next year :)

Really nice little site, very well maintained. My only criticism would be that the shower trays filled up and overflowed quickly - which I reported and they said they would look at straight away. Otherwise toilets and showers clean and have plenty of hot water. Would definitely recommend and very convenient for visiting beautiful Lacock.

The campsite is lovely, well kept and the pitches are a great size. Close to Lacock which is within walking distance. We were visited throughout our visit by a lovely gentleman checking we were ok and had some lovely chats with him. There is a lovely dog walking area. Our only concern is how slippery the floor is in one set of showers, my husband fell over, the other showers were fine but at the time were without hot water. I would have given 5* for cleanliness but there are some cobwebs behind the toilet doors. There is no Wi-Fi but that was a plus to us. Well worth a visit. We will be going back a couple of times next year.
