Beautiful caravan park. Site was really well maintained and clean. Pitch was spacious. Reception staff were friendly and really helpful in terms of sharing information about places to visit and eat. The lake area is really peaceful and scenic and the showers were some of the best we have seen. Lovely hot water and very clean. Would not hesitate to return in the future.

Lovely park, clean and well maintained. The play park had plenty to keep my 6 year old and 4 year old entertained. There are lovely riverside walks around the campsite, perfect for dog walks. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on a fully serviced pitch, it was all that was left for our dates. Plenty space for the caravan, awning and our dog run set up as well. The park is quiet in the evenings and mornings. The onsite shop has some toys for the little ones - little fishing nets, which were great down the river, bucket and spade for the sand pit in the park and other basic essentials. It doesn't sell bread milk etc but the coop is a 5 minute drive away. There's a lovely large field at the top of the park for the woofers to get off lead for a run around. There is a machine to clean out your chemical toilet at £2 a clean, but there is also the usual set up free of charge just next to it, we joined as we were leaving. The showers are on a 5 minute timer but nice and hot and plenty long enough it turns out. Can't wait to go back to this gem of a park.

Spotless grounds and spotless showers and toilets, staff brilliant. I could not find a fault and I will definitely be returning. Absolutely best site I have ever been on, totally brilliant even though it rained. Can't wait to go back but for a lot longer next time.

One of the best sites we've been on since we've had the m/h in May 2022. Everything was spot on, clean, and functional. There's even a machine on site to give your toilet cartridge a spring clean should you want it! Showers on a timer of five minutes, which is long enough. It is also a fifteen minute walk to the village, which although small, has two dog friendly pubs and limited shops but enough to get supplies. A mixture of tourers /statics and m/h on site which nestle next to the lovely river. Excellent stay and family ran location The website very easy to work too.

Excellent site, well organised, spotlessly clean, easy walking to local shops and pubs. There are plenty of dog walks too ! Helpful staff and easy and quick communication in the booking process . We will be returning at some point soon

This site is immaculate. The pitches are neat and tidy. Toilet block clean and plenty of facilities. This is large site with lots of static homes but still quite peaceful. The village of high bentham has shops and food outlets. The train station is nearby with trains to Lancaster and Leeds. The best direction to come from if towing is from Clapham. The road is better than the way we came in. Staff at reception very helpful. We intend returning.

Easy to find, great location for Ingleborough etc. Beautiful park & setting, spotless facilities, friendly staff who opened up prior to 9 o'clock to check out. Highly recommend.

Our first, but not our last stay. Very easy to locate. Found a fantastic bakery in Ingleton and also visited the reclamation yard and did the waterfall walk. Day out at Windermere. 40 min drive. The site itself is set in spacious grounds with a small river running along the edge of the site. The facilities are the best we have ever seen. Very clean. Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Visited in October, the site is located 20 mins from Bentham village (Church house pub) worth a visit & 15 mins to the train station (we visited Morecambe £22 x 2 adults return). Site is very well run and kept clean, the pitches are all level. The shower/ toilet /facilities block is accessed by key fob (£10 returnable deposit required) & very warm. Staff very friendly Walks on a yellow route are offered by the staff but, if you have a large dog be warned that there are stiles, about 5 or 6 to navigate and I had to lift 6 1/2 stone Lab over them!! Smaller dogs shouldn't create much of a problem (nice walk though). Would highly recommend & certainly stay again.

Fantastic little gem in the dales. Bentham is a lovely little town with a few pubs serving good food. Riverside is one of the cleanest sites we've visited. Turned up late and the night security man was really friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic site in a great location. Only thing that let it down was the wet cut grass. They were very helpful and put us on a service pitch. Be better if mowers had collection boxes on the back. But all in all, a fantastic site.
