The park does allow pets and offers lots of excellent footpaths and walking routes. Dogs must be leads near the lake's edge. Book yourself a dog friendly site nearby.

There are a good selection of car parks run by the Cotswold Lakes Trust, with a modest hourly cost. On top of that, the Gateway Centre offers free parking.

Toilets can be found inside the Gateway Centre with its tasty cafe. There are also toilets at the Cotswold Country Park and Beach which has a cafe, accessible toilets and beach.
