About the site

The site is a great location for exploring the Cambridgeshire countryside or simply unwinding in nature. Enjoy a small, family friendly glamping site set around a wildlife lake with rowing boats, a pitch and putt and badminton onsite. Each of the three glamping lodges is equipped with both electric and heating. You will also have your own modern bathroom nearby with a personal key. Lion, Bear, and Beaver are all equipped with a double bed (bed linen is included), a flat screen TV and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the essentials. There's also a water dispenser and outdoor washing-up area. Bears House also includes a private hot tub for you to relax under the stars in! The cabins can accommodate up to four guests, there is a sofa bed in each, and a camp bed can be supplied if required. Bedding and linen are only provided for two, so any extra guests will have to bring their own bed linen or a sleeping bag. Enjoy a private decking area with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. For a day out, Cambridge is just a 25 minute drive away, or head to the nearby Red Lion Brinkley pub, just a five minute walk from the site. Please note, this site is dog free.

The cabins have their own private bathroom accessed with a private key, featuring a separate toilet and an electric shower. You will also have access to a washing up area. Guests can enjoy a small putting green and a badminton area. Please note, these are available during seasonal use only.

There is also a boating lake with three boats! Special events, including birthdays, anniversaries, and proposals, can also be booked here.

Head over to the Red Lion Brinkley for a cooked meal or pint, a five minute walk from the site. A ten minute drive will take you to a Waitrose, an Aldi, and a Co-op Food.

The historic city of Cambridge is just 25 minutes away, with its cobbled streets, boutique shops, and a wide choice of eateries. While there, visit The Fitzwilliam Museum to see a rich collection of art, artefacts, ceramics, and paintings.

For families, Lammas Land (25 minutes) is ideal on sunny days, with a paddling pool, large play area, and open space for picnics. History lovers should head to IWM Duxford (20 minutes) to explore fascinating military exhibitions, aircraft displays, and airshows.

Cambridge University Botanic Garden is a 30 minute drive and offers 40 acres of diverse gardens, ideal for scenic walks and family friendly picnics. There's also a lovely cafe on site.
