We had an amazing stay.

Short break

We went mid-week before the May Bank Holiday to beat the rush & were not disappointed. The site was immaculate, so well presented a real credit to the owners. The pitch size was prefect for our set up a camper van & awning. The value for money was impressive compared to comparable sites in the area. The shower blocks & toilets were immaculate & clean, whatever time they were used. The bins & recycling areas were always clean & tidy. We'll certainly return to the site again as the owners were so welcoming. The only slight negative was there there isn't much of a shop on site, which not being close to facilities that you could walk to from the site was a little disappointing, but a really great set up apart from that. Well done Eden Valley.

Happy camper

This is an excellent site extremely clean and well maintained. Staff are courteous and very approachable even offering to come and find us when the Sat Nav took us the wrong way. There are plenty of bin points that also have drinking water and more than one station for chemical waste. Washing up facilities were well equipped as well as the laundry room which had a good selection of books to read. I especially liked the shower facilities having a shower, toilet and basin in each cubicle.

One of the best sites we have stayed at

Staff/owners very friendly and helpful. Both grass and hard standing pitches are level and spacious. Toilet/shower blocks were immaculately clean, with the best showering experience we have ever had at a campsite. Always plenty of hot water. Great base for driving to several National trust properties, plenty of places to visit if driving or cycling. We will definitely be returning.

Weekend break

Fabulous site. Wanted somewhere within easy travelling distance of Eden Project. Great base, easy travelling distance to Fowey, Mevagissey and Padstow. Immaculately clean and very helpful owners. Would definitely visit again.

Really lovely place to stay

Fabulous site, lovely staff who really help us (as motorhome newbies). The shower block was immaculate and the whole site was really well set out. There is a nice pub just up the road too! I would definitely come back!

Lovely adult only site with a great layout

A lovely quiet setting, surrounded by trees. The pitches were set out in groups and surrounded with hedging. The hosts were friendly, spotless facilities and a dog exercise area, whish was an added bonus.

The best yet

Excellent campsite, beautifully maintained. The trees and bushes were a lovely sight. The toilets were so clean, a pleasure to use. We will return.

Tranquil campsite with community feel

A great and friendly campsite, with a community feel which seems to have a lot a regular campers coming back. Always a great sign. The facilities and pitches were excellent. We only stopped for one night, so we were unable to judge the location fully, as we were travelling through.

Very well maintained

Immaculately kept caravan site run by very friendly people. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again if we were planning on another holiday to the area. Toilet blocks were well designed and modern, and clean. Site rules are very strict, including a long list of dog breeds that aren't permitted. The strict rules does lead to it being a lovely place though.

Great site

This is a great site but a little bit out of the way if you're in a motorhome and you need another means of transport.

We do have lots of motorhomes stay with us but unless you have bikes or another car, and don't want to take your motorhome out, unfortunately we do not live near a bus route. We do however, sometimes have taxis come to the site and take people down to our nearest town, Lostwithiel, which is just under 2 miles from us. From here, you can take the train to lots of places around Cornwall. We hope you will come back and stay again. Regards, Ginny.

Nice people, well-run site

Hard pitches for caravans, so mainly caravans and motor homes. Great area to explore- but you need your vehicle. Walk to local pub which is decent. Functional and well-run site.

Eden Valley Holiday Park

First time in Cornwall

Just had 7 nights on this lovely, well maintained park. Family ran by some truly lovely people, who clearly take pride in the site and service they provide. Would happily use this site again as a central location to visit Cornwall.

Beautiful, relaxing, very welcoming

From the second we arrived we could tell it was going to be good. We weren't disappointed. We were met by the lovely smiling Ginny who was always pleasant and helpful. The site is well laid out with well maintained hedges and lawns. The facilities are immaculate and have everything you need. It is beautiful and very relaxing. You will quite often see Darren running through the site showing new arrivals to their pitch (if you've been before you'll know what I mean) 😆 always laughing and joking. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ginny, Darren and Ryan for a lovely chilled week 😘

This was a very good site

This was one of the best sites that we have ever stayed in. The facilities was always clean and tidy, the showers were very good. The owner was very welcoming and always glad to help. We were within a short travelling distance to the places of interest. Can't wait to go again.

Superb pretty site that is so well cared for

This was our favourite site on our tour of Cornwall. It's immaculate and so well laid out, with small enclaves for caravans and motorhomes. The toilet facilities were spotless, with spacious individual bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. Good information room too with games and small pool table and an excellent recycling area. Very well cared for site with rhododendrons growing and small stream running through. Accessed down a narrow road. It just lacks easy access to public transport or we would have stayed longer in our motorhome.

Our stay

Lovely site ideally situated between Bodmin and Fowey and a great base to explore Cornwall. The site is adult only which made it a peaceful escape, owners very helpful toilets showers spotless plenty of hot water. Well maintained site to a very high standard. Dogs accepted, there is a totally enclosed large field for your dog to run freely. Would definitely recommend. Would give more stars if possible.

My stay

I would stay here again on route to somewhere else, for maybe a night or two. There is no local transport and walking on the main road is very scary in this area. There is a great local pub up the hill in Lanlivery, but not much else to do at all unless you have a car, which is not the point for us as we like to us the bus service, which is not available here. The park was clean and the hosts were very friendly, there is not much though given in the way of Information on local activities or how to find things.

We are very sorry you did not have a positive stay with us. We always tell people there is no bus route nearby and often advise people, if they contact us, that a car is a necessity here, unless you enjoy walking. The local Pub is a stone's throw from the park (less than a 10 minute walk up a quiet road) and often has entertainment as well as very tasty Cornish food. The games and information room at the entrance to the park has an abundance of local 'things to do' in and around Cornwall, books, posters and plenty of leaflets, as well as lots of information on local walks and local history and being Cornish, born and bred, I am always available to give advice and directions to all the local amenities.
