Quiet luxuary

Lovely stay, really quiet even with other guests near by. Pod was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and clear instructions for everything. Hot tub was ready to use when we arrived which was a bonus. We wanted a quiet weekend stay with our dog and this was perfect. Close to nearby walks and easy to get to.

Absolutely fantastic, loved it will definitely be going back

Absolutely fantastic, luxury glamping. It had everything you could want and more. The shower was huge and powerful, the bed was huge and comfortable and the cleanliness was exceptional. We went in hot tub even though it was wet & windy, it has 360% panoramic views, brilliant. Cannot fault anything...top marks.

2 night stay, dog friendly

Had a great stay and was very surprised about the quality of the pod. Views were unreal and the cleanliness of the pod was brilliant. Local pubs in Appleby were very nice too, only a 5 min drive away. Was very happy with everything and would definitely recommend and stay there myself again.

We had the best experience staying at the Eden Heights Glamping. Everything was just perfect. We definitely recommend it to everyone and looking forward to coming back again. Thank you.

Lovely pods, not an ideal location

The pods are really lovely, as is the view. However, it seems like it is in the windiest place on Earth, making it impossible to use the fire pit or the hot tub. I suggest saving your money and not adding those options. The weather in the area wasn't the best anyway when I was there, but it's 10 x windier at the pods. It's also pretty far removed, which I don't mind, but if you want to pop to a pub for dinner or a cafe for breakfast, then driving there is your best option.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry your stay was during a period of stormy weather, which unfortunately is something out of our control. Our elevated position does mean sometimes it can be windy where we are. As stated on the listing, we are in a quiet rural location. We provide a get away from it all experience. Our location means it is essential to visit by car.

Hot tub

We loved Eden Heights Glamping pods and would recommend to others to stay and would come again. However, we paid £60 for the hot tub and the first night we couldn't light the fire for the hot tub due to it being too windy. Then the second night, we didn't know how long it would take to heat the water as there isn't any information to say this in the hot tub guide or information in the booklet provided. We only then spent 20minutes in the hot tub on the second night as it took 5 hours to heat up to the point that we could only just get in and it was still a little cold. So all I would say is, it would be beneficial for people who haven't used a firewood hot tub before to know how long it takes to warm it up, so you know beforehand and can plan in advance.
