Secret roundhouse

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the secret roundhouse, was very quiet and loved the peace and quiet. Hot tub was by far our favourite and we spent every day in it! Loved that we had our own kitchen, bbq and pizza oven (but that turned up on our final night so we didn’t use it). A small site but perfect for what we wanted, enjoyed seeing the animals on site too! Location was a bit far from places to walk but was easy enough to drive to. We came away to Cornwall for a little holiday and got engaged whilst we were here! So it was a perfect little romantic getaway!

Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing stay! Location was perfect not too far from some really nice spots! The hot tub was amazing and the cabin was very clean and homely. The staff were so friendly and gave some good recommendations! The breakfast package is definitely worth it, the food was incredible and lasted our 3 days.

Beautiful

What an amazing place they have there at east Thorne! Honestly smashed it! Sue greeted us and was lovely - there are no real negatives that we could pick up with the place. If we had to, then we would say a bigger bed would be good as there is more than enough room to accommodate a kingsize. Being near the main road can be a little noisy but it's manageable. A bit more privacy between the huts would be good. We stayed in a corner hut where our hot tub was directly facing another couple's, which felt a bit intrusive at points and finally, the sky light in the roof could do with a blind/curtain because the hut gets light pretty quick pretty early in the morning! All the facilities in the hut are suitable for all sorts of needs, the hut doesn't have a TV, but I saw that as a positive as it got us out enjoying the fresh air. The shower is really powerful and relaxing and the hot tub maintained really well. Thank you again but it really was a nice relaxed week!

Fantastic holiday in East Thorne

Fantastic location very nice people warm and welcoming the whole area clean tidy even the animals were brilliant. Had a great week thank you.

Beautiful and tranquil

Had an absolutely amazing weekend at East Thorne - the round houses are stunning and the welcome was perfect! My only quip was you could hear the main road from our roundhouse but it wasn't too busy at night - we will definitely be back to look at the stars in those amazing hot tubs again.

Lovely roundhouse

Lovely place to go for both families and couples. We had a lovely time. A bit more privacy in the hot tub would have been lovely, but everything else was wonderful. Will definitely be coming back again and recommending it to lots of people!

A pleasant stay

We booked this as a last minute stay for two nights and found a little gem. The accommodation is to a good standard and very tidy and clean. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and even had a text to let us know our accommodation was ready. This was a nice touch and felt personal. We found the bed very comfortable however, we did find it a little strange cooking in the separate kitchen located in a separate cabin in the garden. There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the main cabin, only in the separate kitchen. Overall, we would recommend this accommodation as it was nice to have the privacy that this accommodation offers and we had an amazing stay. The hot tub was very relaxing and I can only imagine that in the warmer weather, this place really comes to life as you can make use of the garden to its full potential and the outside kitchen area.

Couldn’t ask for more!

Can't fault anything, such an amazing weekend, even in the rain and wind, hot tub was lovely and hot. Comfortable night's sleep too. Definitely will be back again :)

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week staying here. The location was great as we explored Cornwall during the day and then made the most of the hot tub, alfresco kitchen and fire pit in the evenings. Our room was clean and tasteful with under floor heating which was very cozy. The staff we came across were very kind and helpful, making it easy to communicate any needs.

Stunning glamping site

I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed, and was only a short drive from the beaches. I loved that there were animals on site and saw some wildlife - a deer even popped by our cabin! The couple running the site were helpful and friendly. I'd happily go again!

Gorgeous place

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The place is so beautiful and cosy. Loved that we had a private jacuzzi. A perfect romantic getaway for couples.
