Scotland's answer to Route 66, the UK has few driving routes quite as epic as the NC 500 in the Scottish Highlands. Weaving a path from Inverness to Applecross and on to Ullapool, Caithness and John o'Groats, seemingly never-ending roads wind their way through some of Scotland's most majestic coastal scenery.
