A note from the site themselves...
Here at Marbury Camp and Lodge, we have created a small 'glamping site' that caters for tents, caravans and the all-important luxury glamping pods for all-year-round getaways. Whilst we may be small, we aim for quality relaxation for busy families and hope to make your stay as personal and enjoyable as possible.
Since opening the site in 2018, we are continuously improving and developing the site and always plan to add to the services we offer!
We look forward to welcoming you, David

Medium Tent - Grass Tent Pitches (Optional Electric)Oct 2024
Me and a couple of friends had booked to camp on site.
However, a few days before due to the weather, we decided against camping and phoned up to change to a lodge. This was definitely a good choice, the lodge was perfect for what we required. Good size, private bedroom with a small double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The equipment provided was brilliant, like cutlery, cooking utensils, hand soap, washing up liquid, body wash. Central heating was great. At first, the TV didn't work properly but we realised the aerial needed placing on top of the TV and after doing this, we had no problems, it worked perfectly for the rest of the weekend.
They provided a firepit outside the lodge however, we didn't use this. The site itself was nice and quiet, although we did stay in a quiet season (mid October). The only downside I'd say is no Wi-Fi in the lodge or on site. This would have been a major plus for us due to poor signal on site (usually just one bar of signal). If the owners were looking to improve the facilities I'd say Wi-Fi for sure and a hot tub outside the lodge would have been fab!
But for what we needed it was great and reasonable cost, however they do add a cleaning fee.
Lovely stay at Marbury Campsite!
