Clear filters Lovely site
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches May 2025 We stayed at this site for bank holiday weekend.
The campsite is beautiful and very well maintained. The owners are lovely and accommodating. The stay would have been perfect had there been better weather (typical wind and rain over bank holiday weekends).
There was an issue with a group of lads staying on the site who were drinking and started to fight in the middle of the night, but the owners dealt with them and apologised to all campers that were affected by them.

We are really pleased with your kind words despite the awful weather. It means a lot.
Unfortunately, the issue with one party was beyond our control. All single sex groups are vetted. We give them a call and have a chat about what they are planning to do in the area. We then make a decision as to whether we are prepared to accept their booking. With hindsight on this occasion it was the wrong decision.
We hope this hasn't put you off coming to stay with us again and we'd like to thank you for sticking with us, during what was a very wet and windy bank holiday.

Lovely quiet site!
VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Campervan Pitches May 2025 I really enjoyed my stay here, it is a perfect location for walkers - sherpa bus stop 10 minutes walk from campsite was great bonus!
It was very quiet during my stay, but it wasn't very busy. Facilities are very nice and we're spotlessly clean and the owners were very friendly.
I would definitely recommend this site and hopefully will be coming back soon!

Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches May 2025 Lovely quiet site, very helpful staff, toilets very clean, and ground flat for caravans.
Would recommend staying here, easy access to many place in the area, good road connection.

Perfect central location
Motorhome - Fully Serviced Grass Pitches May 2025 Great campsite with good, clean facilities and friendly, helpful owners.
It's a short walk to the bus stop that runs on the main bus route from Caernarfon to Porthmadog. We headed to Llanberis for our walk up Snowdon 😊

Great campsite!
Roof Tent - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches May 2025 Super - the best facilities I've seen at a campsite. Quiet and well kept. Only downside is there aren't any plug sockets anywhere.

Absolutely lovely site, friendly owners, facilities clean as a whistle.
Buses stop outside entrance and drop off outside.

Lovely
Camping Pod - Camping Pods (Dog Friendly) Apr 2025 Had a lovely time few days away. Stayed in Nuthatch pod, which was lovely. Facilities very good and very clean hot water in showers. Didn't use kitchen or laundry area but nice to know we could have.
Owners lovely, really friendly and welcoming. Great value for money. We would defo stay again.

Camping at Plas Gwyn
Large Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Apr 2025 Really enjoyed our stay at Plas Gwyn, we felt really welcomed by the owners, the site was quiet and the grounds well kept. The kitchen facilities were great and the toilets and showers were clean and well kept.
We will definitely stay here again.

A brilliant stay!
Camping Pod - Camping Pods (Dog Friendly) Apr 2025 We've just had a great 3 night stay in a timber tent at Plas Gwyn. Sally and Rob couldn't have been more welcoming and we had a great time.
The timber tent was perfect for the three of us, the fridge was useful, the beds comfy and the facilities were immaculate. Thank you and we'll definitely be back!
