About the site

Set on ten acres of Norfolk parkland, this friendly, family-run caravan and camping park offers a great base for exploring Norfolk and the Fens. It's located at the edge of the village of North Runcton, close to the market town of King's Lynn. There are also 11 electric hardstanding pitches (10m x 9m) available. For anyone who wants to avoid the hassle of bringing their own accommodation, the eight mega pods each sleep up to four adults with a double bed and sofa bed. Please bring your own bedding. The pods have lighting, electric, heating, Freeview TV, a small fridge, microwave and kettle, while outside you'll have your own picnic bench and BBQ. There are also ensuite elite pods sleeping up to four people. These are equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a TV. For that extra bit of luxury, stay in one of the side-entry pods, which sleep up to six people. Each pod includes a double bed, double sofa bed and a separate bedroom with two single beds. Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesJul 2026

From the minute we arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff. The site is clean and tidy and spacious. Pitches were level and nicely spaced. Shop on site was well stocked. Toilets were clean and showers were lovely and hot. There was also a bath for little ones. We found a lovely walk nearby. This park was everything we needed and we shall definitely be returning.

Very confused?

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Touring PitchesJul 2026

Not a child friendly site! The list of 'do not's' is endless! The kids park is out the way at the bottom of the campsite with the seasonal pitches. When I rang up to ask to be as close to the park as possible, they confirmed we would be and on arrival, we couldn't have been further away! Toilet facilities need a good bleach, they stank of urine… Just a very strange campsite 🤷‍♀️

Site's response

The list of "do not's" are common sense and are there for the enjoyment of other guests! They don't want people driving round at 30mph, music all night and dogs loose. You were as close to the park as possible, we can't move buildings and seasonal pitches out of the way for you! We received no other complaints about the toilets, you can see from other reviews.

A note from the site themselves...

We are a family run site that started in 1995 with just five caravans and has since expanded to the incredible range of pitches and facilities we have today.

One of the best parts about running the site is meeting different people every day. No two days are ever the same, and regular guests turn into friends over time. We are also particularly proud of repeatedly winning 5 stars from our tourist board. Something we worked hard to achieve.

Nothing is ever too much of a problem, and it's great to be able to provide guests with a quiet, relaxing, friendly and affordable getaway.

King's Lynn Caravan and Camping Park is ideal for...
