Set in five and a half acres of glorious countryside, Whitemead Caravan Park is a friendly, family run park in the Dorset village of Wool, within 15 minutes of Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door! The park offers a wide range of grass and hardstanding pitches for tents, caravans and tourers, as well as a handy shop, play area, and games room. Within a five minute drive you'll find Monkey World and the Tank Museum, with a pub a five minute walk away!

Warm welcome, friendly informative and helpful staff, good clean and well maintained site and facilities. Well stocked shop 5 min walk away and good pub serving excellent food next to site. Will be staying there next year.

Lovely site, really friendly team. Shower block is very clean and has a laundry area, which was super-handy after a very wet hike. Reasonable pub nearby for food etc and the site shop sells the essentials (wine etc).

Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Long Stay)Sep 2023

What a lovely break. We were welcomed and shown to our site. Everything was clearly explained by a friendly Irish chap (sorry, I didn't get your name). The facilities were spotlessly clean, and there is a handy little shop too. Our stay was so relaxing, and as an added bonus the skies were clear so we could see the constellations at night. I was also treated to a shooting star!. Something we don't ever get to appreciate living in a town. Thank you so much Whitemead and your great team.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Long Stay)Sep 2023

Very friendly staff and very considerate 'other campers'. Reasonably quiet site. Could hear trains and road noise, but not to be annoyed by it. Lovely walks and great transport links, both bus and rail. Facilities, toilets and showers were spotless and plenty of hot water. Would highly recommend.
